While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND. Every experience I have had with these plumbers has been terrible. They are not on time to emergency calls, when you call to follow up you are hung up on. Completely unprofessional and 10/10 would not recommend. Installed incorrect parts, unreliable, unprofessional, rude to customers.

Don’t be fooled, I’m pretty sure most (if not all) of the positive reviews are fake/paid. What I got was the reality, which was after giving and confirming a time to come, they never showed up and never responded to any further messages. I got completely ghosted because this isn’t a real business. Live and learn.

We had Mitch Wright come out to fix a major plumbing issue with cast iron pipes. However after them coming out jackhammering up the kitchen floor the back room disregarding what homeowners insurance came out with their camera and didn’t even fix half of the problem which we thought they knew what they were doing and they fixed it so we thought had a whole entire kitchen redone floors cabinets everything when they neglected to fix one of the main problems homeowners insurance had listed as an issue to be repaired they went the wrong way when fixing the pipe. Instead of going from the kitchen to the main bathroom which would’ve cost them more work they went from the kitchen to the back entrance room, so now after ten thousand of dollars worth of repairs in two months worth of our house being ripped apart and put back together only to find out that they didn’t fix the thing that they were supposed to and we still have the same issue. So now after having homeowners come out to see what is going on only to find out it was the same issue that was supposed to be fixed in the first place we had multiple crews of guys come out they didn’t arrive until late in the day and then left early in the day they did not do what they were supposed to do cutting corners just so you can get out of here quicker is not the right thing to do and it cost people thousands of extra dollars. This will not stand this is Unacceptable and will not be tolerated I hope before you use Mitch Wright plumbing heating andAir you look at other companies for your plumbing needs and probably heating and air as well because you’re probably going to end up with major issues I’m sorry but do not want you to take a one in 1000 chance that somebody’s going to Royal he ruin your house by cutting corners and not doing their job properly.

I called about a leak, Hunter came and diagnosed my issue and cleared my ac drain. I was clueless, thankful for Hunter professionalism and swift approach, will call again if needed.

Ross was the second person to come out. He was very kind , and he explained what he was doing. He answered all the questions I had and was thorough on all the details. He was totally awesome. If we have to use traditional plumbing again, I will ask for him.

Not good at all

After first come service, we need a follow up repair appointment, but it is hard to make the follow up appointment. We have already paid service fee, so we have to wait for them. In my opinion, if we have already your customer, please complete our service first, especially in such a hot summer!

Our main sewer line backed up... We called several plumbing companies and Tankersley Plumbing called back and had someone at our house in less than an hour. Bret was very professional and did a great job! He had the line clear within an hour and the price was very reasonable.

((Please read)) and highly not Recommend unprofessional service I do not Recommend this plumber for anybody here in Memphis when the guy show up he said he going to charge me 400$ for leaking issue I said ok fixed so he was like let schedule another day I said that's fine so he suppose to be show up on Saturday..they keep changing my schedule for (5 Times ) so they call me they was like ok since we keep canceling your schedule we going give you discount i was like thank you so AFTER 3 days guy call me we going charge you 450 !! AFTER Changing my schedule for 5 Times !!!! for 2 months
