I called Best Care after calling 3 other companies and was told they could service my plumbing problem the next day. As promised, I received a call from the technician 20 minutes before he arrived on time, answered all my questions and fixed my problem in less time than expected. What was the most satisfying part of this service call was my final bill which was considerably less that what was quoted by the 3 other companies. Best Care will be more work for me in the future.

I am very pleased with the efficiency and service of the Tankersley team. It was a pleasure meeting the owner; and Michael and Brandon was very friendly and professional. They made sure that my first 3 compartment sink was properly installed according to code. Very rasict, unprofessional, unlicensed workers that don't know what they are doing. Came to fix a gas problem and left witout lighting the pilot. Called them back the same day to let them know. They came while no one was home. When we Specifically told them no one would be home til 6:30. They never returned until a week later. (Which is today) They continuously ignored our phone calls. Still didn't fix it. It's all games to them!!! I wouldn't recommend my their services to anyone!!! Point blank period!!!!

Called Mr. McKinney and he responded the same day and provided excellent service repairing a kitchen drain pipe. He was professional and had a great attitude. I sent him photos of my problem and he quickly responded with a very reasonable quote to do the job. No hidden cost or games. I would highly recommend him. He will be my go to plumber for sure when I need plumbing service.
