We built a new house. Dave & Travis plumbed our entire home!! I want to express my deepest gratitude for all of the hard work and help we received from All Comfort Services when one of our furnaces went out. They were wonderful in understanding our emergency situation and in helping us come up with alternatives to keep the building warm.I am still AMAZED that they were willing to go through so much extra effort for us. They had the problem determined and a new furnace installed and working within 6 hours. Their technicians, Luke and Billy, were professional and hard-working. And, Deb was great at getting us set up with the system we needed and in getting it installed the same day. Truly exemplary customer service all the way around. We highly recommend them!!

I have a leakage problem in the basement and the company sent a gentlemen by the name of Mike to fix the problem. He was very prompt and when looking at the leak he found that the problem was with the toilet in the first floor apartment. He removed the toilet and fixed the problem and replaced all the necessary plumbing issues that arose. Make sure that there was not leakage before he left and cleaned up the area. He was very thorough, friendship, helpful and explained what he was doing at all times and answered any questions I had. I found him to be a very good technician and very knowledge. I would recommend him for any plumbing work that needs to be done.

John was prompt, efficient, and incredibly kind. He patiently took the time to address my long list of questions (most unrelated to my service request) and was honest about what was and was not of pressing concern for me. Having much experience working in downtown residential buildings, he was immediately knowledgeable about the age and parts of my bathroom, and made the process as easy as I could have imagined for a home-owner with little experience troubleshooting plumbing repair requests.

Robert was quick to fit in 3 small plumbing projects I had. He was on time, easy to work with and did great work. Super impressed and would happily refer him to a friend. He replaced a wash basin, fixed a leaking outdoor spigot, and removed an old sink we never needed.

I first met Scott about 15 years ago on a late Sunday afternoon at Menards. A friend and myself were in the middle of remodelling my kitchen when we ran into a plumbing emergency. We were standing in the plumbing isle dumbfounded about how to repair the problem we created. He must of sensed our desperation and offered to come to the house to see what could be done. Within about an hour he had us back in business. Since then he has been to my house many times. He also takes care of my elderly parents plumbing needs, and my workplace. Scott and his team are wonderful to work with and take the stress out of plumbing.

Great customer service from Joyce and Ken. We have had fast quality service, and when parts broke Joyce and Ken did everything to make sure the warranty was honored by such companies as Kohler and Bemis. They stepped in when they did not have to, and this extra step was truly appreciated.
