If you want someone to talk down to you, not listen to anything you're saying, belittle your budget and make insulting comments about things unrelated to the plumbing he was called there for, then this is the company for you. I'm not even interested in what the quote says, this company won't be getting our business.

Absolute god damn champions.

I called 10 different plumbing businesses for estimates to replace my garbage disposal and Benjamin Plumbing was ahead by a mile in lowest cost and best warranty. (Not best warranty for the cost. Best warranty of the 10 places I called)

They were friendly, reachable, affordable, and the pumbler was quick, knowledgeable and personable.

I didn't see or smell or old disposal as it was being replaced, no hidden fees, all parts/labor/removing the old disposal was done for $300 I was quoted on the phone.

I can't wait for this new disposal to break down so I can call them again in 5 years.

I have owned a home for many years and haven't had to hire a plumber. I was nervous about shopping around for one. After receiving three different estimates, I called Robert's plumbing. They fit me in their busy schedule within just a couple days. Dominic, the plumber, was very kind and professional. He patiently answered my many questions, and finished replacing my three shut off valves in a very reasonable amount of time. I no longer have to shop for a plumber. I will be using Robert's Plumbing and Heating for my jobs in the future, and I will be recommending them to all my friends.

I have been impressed once again by the service, understanding and genuine caring of Cardinal Heating & Air Conditioning. The employees are so helpful and congenial always. I have been especially impressed with Paul, the gentleman who came twice to attend my furnace problems. He is caring, friendly, helpful and very thorough in his work. Greg, was also an impressive, helpful and understanding young man. I've dealt with Cardinal since my home was built in 2002, and have always had the best of reliable service. You can count on this company!

I have used Oasen plumbing twice, now. I really appreciate how responsive they were, and how quickly they fit me in their schedule. I have a unique set up for my water heater requiring an unusual size. They went above and beyond to find me the correct one on the same day they came to inspect the problem. Just this week, I had a garbage disposal problem, called, and the very next day, before 10AM, it was all fixed. Very kind, very professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I had a blocked kitchen sink that one plumber in town was unable to fix (though I was still charged). I contacted Madison Sewer and Drain Cleaning and Erich arrived on time, he was informative and efficient and fixed the problem at a very fair price. These guys will be my go-to plumber to call if I ever have another problem. Thank you!!!

First plumber did not have the correct supplies with her. Another plumber had to come the next day and do the required work.

John was prompt, efficient, and incredibly kind. He patiently took the time to address my long list of questions (most unrelated to my service request) and was honest about what was and was not of pressing concern for me. Having much experience working in downtown residential buildings, he was immediately knowledgeable about the age and parts of my bathroom, and made the process as easy as I could have imagined for a home-owner with little experience troubleshooting plumbing repair requests.

Gave me helpful information on the things I was looking to do. He was honest and not trying to just grab money and go. Guy knows what he’s talking about. Those who didn’t rate him high we’re probably too sensitive. You want quality or someone who smooth talks you out of your hard earned money.

I am happy everyone else had such a good experience. I needed to have my bathroom remodeling. He came to look at it and told me he would get back to me with a quote. Did not hear back in 2 weeks so I called him and left a message. Never heard back from him. I found someone else to do the remodel. If he did not want to do the job that is fine by me but at least have the courtesy to call and say so. I would not recommend this company. My sister had the same problem with him and they went to someone else as well.

Chris and his crew were great to work with. We had a bathroom remodeled and Chris was recommended by our contractor. He was on time and easy to communicate with.

We had a wonderful experience with Jim's Plumbing. We were doing our kitchen remodel on our own, but needed an experienced plumber to move/add some water lines for our new dishwasher and fridge, hook up our faucet and garbage disposal, and move our gas line for our cooktop. Jim was very thorough when he came over over to quote the work. We ran in to issues where we had to push out Jim coming over to do the work (no fault of his, all with us doing the project ourselves), and it was very easy to work with Jessica to move the time for Jim to come. It was a wonderful experience and would recommend Jim's Plumbing for any and all plumbing work! We will definitely use them again in future projects.
