Very friendly and very professional

This guy is rude and unprofessional. He actually left my property multiple times (renter) because I asked him to take his shoes off or wear covers. No one wants dirty water tracked thru their house. He didn’t even have the decency to bring a towel to wipe up the mess he left. How hard is it to wear covers while you’re in the bathroom and take them off before coming out. How hard is it to just be respectful.

Always does a good job for me with reasonable prices. It's wonderful to have confidence that the job will be done right by a knowledgeable and experienced person!

I've never used anyone else. Generational hand down. My parents never used anyone else either. They are quick to respond and do fantastic work, especially Gary.

Mark the owner himself has the worst customer service and should understand how to talk and treat a customers tenant during a service appt. Very rude and demanding with no customer service skills AT ALL! I would NEVER recommend this business for service untill the owner Mark goes through customer service training and respects his customers! Fired them before the work so not sure even of the quailty of there work

They were great! Our service man was very nice. He was punctual too. Replacing the old water heater with a new one was very quick. They worked with our schedule.

I discovered my water heater was leaking, and could not remember who installed it so I phoned Robert's Plumbing and Heating since they're right in my neighborhood. I had an inspection within an hour. After having trouble dealing with the warranty on my current water heater, I called Robert's back. They were able to help me with the warranty and are coming back to replace my water heater tomorrow morning! It's my Christmas Miracle! :-)

Marks Reddi Rooter is a life saver! I was in a real bind with basement drain backing up, I called Mark's on my friend's recommendation and they sent someone over right away. He was very polite and most importantly got my drain fixed in no time for a fair price! I'll never call another company!

Finally a local, professional and thorough Roto-Rooter company. Ken and his team are amazing. He responded super fast on a Sunday after we had another roto-rooter company come two different times just 4 weeks prior. Ken noticed right away the other company did not clean out the lateral all the way to the street. Do not trust anyone else in the Madison area...these guys are the real deal.

We had a back up in our basement, we had to have the basement cleaned and the line cleared. Once the work was finished we didn't want to have it happen again. DR. ROOTER, was and here the following day and ran a camera up the line told us as long we had the line taken care of once a year we should have no problem. He was very friendly and courteous, and arrived on time. I would recommend this plumbing company, and plan on using their service again for other plumbing projects.
