They had appointment availability the next day, and were able to complete some complex repairs, along with explaining everything that they were doing. The price was more than reasonable for the repairs done, and I’ll be using them again in the future if I have more plumbing issues!

If you want someone to talk down to you, not listen to anything you're saying, belittle your budget and make insulting comments about things unrelated to the plumbing he was called there for, then this is the company for you. I'm not even interested in what the quote says, this company won't be getting our business.

Echoing other people's complaints. I used Triggs twice and never again. They billed me twice for the same visit and threw in the truck charge which is truly exorbitant. The service call for 5 minutes of work was expensive enough.

Extremely professional, needed to have the work done asap and worked us in to their busy work schedule! Respected our home and cleaned up after! Did an excellent job! Also went above and beyond and let us know that our furnish is starting to leak, even though that's not what they were here for! I would recommend to anyone!

I discovered my water heater was leaking, and could not remember who installed it so I phoned Robert's Plumbing and Heating since they're right in my neighborhood. I had an inspection within an hour. After having trouble dealing with the warranty on my current water heater, I called Robert's back. They were able to help me with the warranty and are coming back to replace my water heater tomorrow morning! It's my Christmas Miracle! :-)

Jeff Havey repaired some plumbing on our old 2-flat house in Stoughton. He was excellent to work with, very knowledgeable, and fast. He was also committed to solving the problem the right way. We had a problem that existed because of poor plumbing when a 2nd bathroom was installed a few years before we purchased the house. Jeff analyzed the issue and redid the plumbing according to code, finding a couple of additional issues that he fixed along the way. The tenant was extremely happy with the results. If you need a good plumber Jeff Havey is your man.

On time did excellent work all of the services were spelled out all of the steps from the initial estimate to installation were explained. I am happy everyone else had such a good experience. I needed to have my bathroom remodeling. He came to look at it and told me he would get back to me with a quote. Did not hear back in 2 weeks so I called him and left a message. Never heard back from him. I found someone else to do the remodel. If he did not want to do the job that is fine by me but at least have the courtesy to call and say so. I would not recommend this company. My sister had the same problem with him and they went to someone else as well.
