I had a wonderful experience with Dallman Plumbing services. They had appointment availability the next day, and were able to complete some complex repairs, along with explaining everything that they were doing. The price was more than reasonable for the repairs done, and I’ll be using them again in the future if I have more plumbing issues!

I called 10 different plumbing businesses for estimates to replace my garbage disposal and Benjamin Plumbing was ahead by a mile in lowest cost and best warranty. (Not best warranty for the cost. Best warranty of the 10 places I called)

They were friendly, reachable, affordable, and the pumbler was quick, knowledgeable and personable.

I didn't see or smell or old disposal as it was being replaced, no hidden fees, all parts/labor/removing the old disposal was done for $300 I was quoted on the phone.

I can't wait for this new disposal to break down so I can call them again in 5 years.

I discovered my water heater was leaking, and could not remember who installed it so I phoned Robert's Plumbing and Heating since they're right in my neighborhood. I had an inspection within an hour. After having trouble dealing with the warranty on my current water heater, I called Robert's back. They were able to help me with the warranty and are coming back to replace my water heater tomorrow morning! It's my Christmas Miracle! :-)

Dave and Travis installed a new electric high efficiency hot water heater and two water heaters, and cleaned up some old lead plumbing that had already been disconnected. Not only that, when I had my health inspection and there were a few plumbing things that didn't pass, they came right out and helped me get up to code to open. They did a great job, kept everything pretty clean, and were friendly and helpful.

I had a Blink video doorbell installed.
Tough to find a handy person these days, so glad Cardinal does this service.

***EDIT: After speaking with the Electrician Manager, ACS did express they dropped the ball in many ways with our service and made an effort to make things right. Initially, he did make me feel as if they already gave me a reduced price as if I should be thankful for the original price we paid. Overall, despite wasting a lot of my time dealing with the entire service/process, I did appreciate their efforts to listen. Added two stars to my original review, but not sure I would go with them again given my experience.1. Electrician did not show up on time due to scheduler error - at least 1.5 hours late. I was told I was the first appt of the day. (They did waive 50% of trip charge.)2. After diagnosing, electrician gave me an estimate and said it was all inclusive - included the 50% trip charge...later come to find out it was NOT all inclusive.3. They had to order a part to complete the work. Estimated two weeks. 3 weeks had passed and I called to see if they had an update on the part - left message with electrician coordinator, no call back. Called back AGAIN and come to find out that the part had already come in and no one called me to schedule installation. I should not have to be chasing them down. Poor customer service.4. After electrician completed final work, I asked for itemized invoice. He said he would request it for me....never received it. Again, I had to call in to request it and someone is supposed to call me back or contact me about it. Again, poor customer service. In addition for the amount of money I paid for this service, a one line invoice with the total amount seems insufficient. All other service businesses I work with such as plumbers, provide an itemized receipt. It has to make you wonder what they are trying to hide.Two stars is only for the electrician working on site who seemed to be understanding and apologetic...but unfortunately, he does not make all the decisions.

John, the owner of Aqua Plumbing is knowledgeable, professional, honest, highly skilled, and an all around good person. He helped us build and install a new steam shower and patiently guided us through the project, connected us with other wonderful trades folks for tiling and electrical and provided us an end product that is beautiful and high quality. If we ever need further plumbing needs, John will be our first call.

It was time for us to schedule a maintenance call for our furnace. I appreciate the scheduling and communication on arrival time to make it easier to be present when they arrive. Erik was very courteous and considerate and did the extras to make sure the working area was clean. He promptly identified a problem we were having with a damper control and worked for us to have the fix covered under manufacturers warranty. We are very satisfied with his service and recommend Dave Jones.

We had a problem at a 24 unit apartment building that lasted for 4 years. Worked with several plumbers, and nobody could figure it out. Finally worked with Luke and one week later he had all the necessary things replaced and absolutely working perfectly. There are a ton of plumbers out there, but Luke problem solves intellectually.

Hi, my name is Stan Davies. I am the owner at Capitol Plumbing Co. Wanted to let readers of the reviews listed to be wary of online reviews. For instance, the review from Sam Wallace is a flat out lie. I asked him the brand of softener when he called, said he didn't know so I told him that was fine and that we would take a look at it. I sent a plumber out who determined it was a brand of softener we had no access to parts for. My plumber left after advising him on what we thought were his best options and he was NOT CHARGED ONE PENNY!
As to the review from Justus B, again not true. They had called and asked to have a plumber repair a leak. They never requested a bid. We have NEVER done bids on repair work and on leaky water heaters we offer a quote over the phone. When the plumber went to the job, he assessed the leak and advised them what they needed and then told them the cost up front. They had us leave after performing this service, telling us they wanted to think about it. It is a sad statement to our current value system when we think it's o.k. to post things on line whether true or not simply because we think we have an anonymity implied.
