I called 10 different plumbing businesses for estimates to replace my garbage disposal and Benjamin Plumbing was ahead by a mile in lowest cost and best warranty. (Not best warranty for the cost. Best warranty of the 10 places I called)

They were friendly, reachable, affordable, and the pumbler was quick, knowledgeable and personable.

I didn't see or smell or old disposal as it was being replaced, no hidden fees, all parts/labor/removing the old disposal was done for $300 I was quoted on the phone.

I can't wait for this new disposal to break down so I can call them again in 5 years.

I discovered my water heater was leaking, and could not remember who installed it so I phoned Robert's Plumbing and Heating since they're right in my neighborhood. I had an inspection within an hour. After having trouble dealing with the warranty on my current water heater, I called Robert's back. They were able to help me with the warranty and are coming back to replace my water heater tomorrow morning! It's my Christmas Miracle! :-)

Tech did a nice job of spring maintenance on my a/c unit. He was on time & very friendly. My only disappointment was having my appt bumped from the day before due to emergency a/c calls when the humidity was extraordinarily low & temp was barely 80. NOT an a/c emergency day imho.

I had an estimate done for a simple plumbing hookup after I had an undermount sink installed in my home. I received a quote for over $1900. Over $480 was literally just to install the faucet that we provided. Wanted to charge over $200 for drain traps that i got for $15 at a local supply company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE COMPLETELY GOUGING PEOPLE AND ATTEMPTED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE of who they thought wouldn't know any better. This is by far the worst company ever. So sad that they are literally robbing people in time of need and I feel they should have their license revoked to prevent others from falling victim to horrible business practices. I can't even believe they are in business now, or ever!!! PLEASE. If you listen to one piece of advice given in your lifetime.....listen to this and don't waste your time with this despicable company.In response to your reply:You're correct it's not under this name. The quote was given at a $96 estimate cost appointment.I would gladly post a photo of the estimate if I could. And yes, I will call on Monday to get an explanation of how sticking a faucet through a hole, screwing a collar on, and screwing in 2 water supply hoses costs almost $500.00. That's the most expensive 5 minute process I've ever heard of.

Literally has septic in their name and they cannot help with a pump failure. OK!

Steve came over to diagnose and fix the water heater in my apartment. He did so quickly, and even helped fix an issue with my toilet. Great tech and company

Our new house didn't have a laundry/utility sink in the basement. John took care of that. Super professional. 10/10 would recommend.

Their professionals are efficient, contentious, knowledgeable and courteous. I live in Mequon - they do a lot of work out here, so it doesn't take long to get an appointment.

Luke replaced a 45 year old cast iron tub, valve, faucets etc with all new solid surface pan, shower stall walls, faucets, valve, shower and door. It was a fantastic up grade and he did it for a reasonable price.

Very friendly, capable and well priced. If I need a plumber again it will be them. Well done!

I called Ziegler Plumbing to replace our toilet on Monday and Dave set an appointment for Thursday. He called me as he had a spot open up on Wednesday and I accepted that. They called in advance and were on the way. Arrived on time and within and hour we had a brand new toilet installed! The old one was hauled away and I did not have to shop or do anything. Upon completion of the work everything was picked up and cleaned! Dave recommended the Gerber toilet and I do have to say it is quiet and powerful. It is a pleasure to do business locally and to know that Ziegler Plumbing will stand behind the product and the workmanship. For all your plumbing needs I highly recommend Ziegler Plumbing.
