They were great! Our service man was very nice. He was punctual too. Replacing the old water heater with a new one was very quick. They worked with our schedule.

I discovered my water heater was leaking, and could not remember who installed it so I phoned Robert's Plumbing and Heating since they're right in my neighborhood. I had an inspection within an hour. After having trouble dealing with the warranty on my current water heater, I called Robert's back. They were able to help me with the warranty and are coming back to replace my water heater tomorrow morning! It's my Christmas Miracle! :-)

Andy was extremely courteous, thorough, and professional. He had everything he needed, did complete inspections, and notified us of a small gas leak that was happening. A/C working beautifully and can't say Ive ever had a better experience with this kind of service.

John was prompt, efficient, and incredibly kind. He patiently took the time to address my long list of questions (most unrelated to my service request) and was honest about what was and was not of pressing concern for me. Having much experience working in downtown residential buildings, he was immediately knowledgeable about the age and parts of my bathroom, and made the process as easy as I could have imagined for a home-owner with little experience troubleshooting plumbing repair requests.

Gave me helpful information on the things I was looking to do. He was honest and not trying to just grab money and go. Guy knows what he’s talking about. Those who didn’t rate him high we’re probably too sensitive. You want quality or someone who smooth talks you out of your hard earned money.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called, Mr. Rudeness answered. Told me to text him all the info of what I wanted done, so basically do his job for him. He said the appointment won't be today, not tomorrow but possibly three days from call. I did text and then never heard anything again. Apt day came and went...not a word. Called another company, got a friendly answer, a nice worker, and a same day appointment.

We've used them for two different jobs now - installing a toilet and a sink/faucet in the same bathroom, two different times. They explain things so that they're easy to understand. For example, with the toilet installation, it was explained that we needed our sub-floor elevated 3/4 inch to work with the flange (our super old flange wouldn't work); that they could to install as-is, but to do it right/avoid leaks, it'd be ideal to get it elevated. With the sink/faucet install, we bought the wrong faucet style. They were able to stop back after another job to give me time to run to Home Depot to buy one that worked, despite them having a busy schedule all the time (because they do a great job and people call them).

Chris and his crew were great to work with. We had a bathroom remodeled and Chris was recommended by our contractor. He was on time and easy to communicate with.
