The price was more than reasonable for the repairs done, and I’ll be using them again in the future if I have more plumbing issues!

If you want someone to talk down to you, not listen to anything you're saying, belittle your budget and make insulting comments about things unrelated to the plumbing he was called there for, then this is the company for you. I'm not even interested in what the quote says, this company won't be getting our business.

Came into my home, illegally took photos that weren't of what they were fixing. Ended up telling me I had to get a whole new heater when I actually didn't. I fixed it myself for free in less than 10 mins

I scheduled for a Wed. The guy didn't show up. Called him on Fri. He forgot to come.
Rescheduled for Tues a.m. Didn't show up. He called at 2:30 P.M. Said he could be at my house in 5 minutes. Said he forgot to write it down..
I was an hour away. Told him I was getting someone else.

We have used Pertzborn for decades. We don't know the names of any other plumbers. Why would we?

Ok.....We started fine with Jack (plumbing Pros owner) then it went wrong with him. He never returned my calls and failed to show up. Not sure why but we paid him around 3k for work in a place I just recently got. One time he charged 300$ for 30 minutes worth of work. Why, because I was getting deployed and I had to leave the next morning when I discovered the leak the night before. He took advantage of the situation. Good for you Jack if you are reading this.
I would never recommend him if you need reliable guy. I have all his text messages for any one want to verify what I have just said.
