I called 10 different plumbing businesses for estimates to replace my garbage disposal and Benjamin Plumbing was ahead by a mile in lowest cost and best warranty. (Not best warranty for the cost. Best warranty of the 10 places I called)

They were friendly, reachable, affordable, and the pumbler was quick, knowledgeable and personable.

I didn't see or smell or old disposal as it was being replaced, no hidden fees, all parts/labor/removing the old disposal was done for $300 I was quoted on the phone.

I can't wait for this new disposal to break down so I can call them again in 5 years.

HIGHLY recommend Prestige for your plumbing needs. I called them due to their good reviews & location near my home when I realized I would need some reconnecting once our new sink and countertops were installed. TJ came to my home within 1 hour of that initial phone call to ensure my new sink would fit properly in the cabinet space below & that the reconfiguration of piping would work. When the counters were being installed by a different company, they had a question about how the plumbing was going to be reconfigured & where to drill hole for the air gap. I wasn’t sure so I called Prestige and spoke with Derek, who was very helpful and was able to have one of their plumbers stop by my house within 10 minutes to confirm placement with the counter company of holes to be drilled. And, they of course did a great and quick job reconnecting everything once our project was done. Thank you and keep up your great business. It’s so wonderful to know of a company you can truly rely on!

We have used Oliver's Plumbing, Ron, for our home plumbing repair/updates for years. During that time his service was spot on. For the past month we had 4 firm dates to replace fixtures from him. The first was for July 7th. Excuses included, had to cancel to do emergency water heater replacement - which we understood as our project was not an emergency. The next excuse was he forgot to put the fixtures in his truck and it would take too long to drive back to New Glarus to get them. Today, August 10, 2023, 15 minutes before he was to arrive he called to cancel, his truck broke down. The only excuse he has not used is the dog ate the fixtures. If I were to take a stab at identifying the problem, I would say he is retired and does plumbing as a hobby and for a little spending money. Trust me, this is not the Ron Oliver you knew. Add Not Reliable Don't hire this guy!

Robert was amazing to work with. Our water heater was leaking and he worked with our home warranty to get our water heater replaced quickly. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and very responsive. Would recommend to anyone that needs a plumber.

From the first contact with that company to the scheduling and arrival of the plumber - they kept you very informed of what was going on. Russ, who was very nice, gave me options as to how to proceed once he assessed my problem. They were very knowledgeable and offered a warranty to guarantee their service. Russ explained how they would be proceeding and again kept me up to date on what was happening and what was going to happen. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
