Honest, does the job right....

Came home from work this a.m. to find water all over the basement floor, spilling out of the water heater. From my initial phone call to job completion(same day), the communication and service were outstanding. Highly recommended.

I called 10 different plumbing businesses for estimates to replace my garbage disposal and Benjamin Plumbing was ahead by a mile in lowest cost and best warranty. (Not best warranty for the cost. Best warranty of the 10 places I called)

They were friendly, reachable, affordable, and the pumbler was quick, knowledgeable and personable.

I didn't see or smell or old disposal as it was being replaced, no hidden fees, all parts/labor/removing the old disposal was done for $300 I was quoted on the phone.

I can't wait for this new disposal to break down so I can call them again in 5 years.

The guy they sent was nice but he was unable to solve my problem (walnuts in a pipe). So they charged me $155 for one hour of having a guy unsuccessfully use a shop vac to vacuum out a nut.

They really saved me last night! At 6p we discovered water in our finished basement. We immediately tried getting rid of the water but We soon discovered that the sump pump had stopped working. I called my local plumber, who I have given tons of work between my commercial buildings and my home, but no response even through the emergency option. I had used Cardinal in the past for an HVAC repair but not for plumbing. I called and to my relief there was a live person who answered after 3 rings. I live over 40 miles away but in a little over an hour the Cardinal service man arrived at my home. He even stayed awhile to make sure that the water was going away. He also fixed another item that I was told that there wasn’t a fix for. I am having them come back to install a more reliable back up system asap. I will continue to use Cardinal for all of my HVAC/plumbing needs.

The branch that serves the Milwaukee area was a disappointment. Quoted $250 since I wanted it done next day. He came with a Ryobi cordless snake and called it a commercial snake... LOL. You'd think with 25 years of experience he would know better. Suffice it to say, his snake didn't reach. So I agreed to pay another $100 for him to cut the pipe, punch a hole in the clog with his small snake, and put a $8 collar on. $350 and hour and $8 in material is not very reasonable to me. Most skill trades charge 1/2 to 1/4 that amount. Especially one without commercial grade tools. Live and learn. I hope this helps you decide on who to hire. I certainly won't do this again.

Is this place ever open? It's always dark inside and no one ever answers the phone.

My 88 year old mother had toilet and shower issues- the toilets wouldn't flush and shower wouldn't drain. She was very upset as 88 year olds tend to get. I called Monona plumbing and they were at her condo within 2 hours and took care of everything. The toilets are working and my mother has calmed down. Dave and Mike responded to mom's condo and called me to let me know when they would arrive and then updated me when the job was done. I am very impressed with the service, quality of the work and fantastic responsiveness. I would highly recommend Monona plumbing- i am extremely satisfied that I called them- Really terrific work.

Our new house didn't have a laundry/utility sink in the basement. John took care of that. Super professional. 10/10 would recommend.
