Mark the owner himself has the worst customer service and should understand how to talk and treat a customers tenant during a service appt. Very rude and demanding with no customer service skills AT ALL! I would NEVER recommend this business for service untill the owner Mark goes through customer service training and respects his customers! Fired them before the work so not sure even of the quailty of there work

They were great! Our service man was very nice. He was punctual too. Replacing the old water heater with a new one was very quick. They worked with our schedule.

Second time using Cardinal. Communication is top notch. Jon was very professional today and took care to protect floors. He also answered all my questions about future maintenance and gave helpful tips to ensure long lasting furnace

We were so grateful to have Nick come to our house this morning when we noticed a leak in both our refrigerator and the connected plumbing behind. Nick not only took care of the plumbing issue, but coached us on how to correct the leak in the refrigerator as the tubing size was irregular and not something Dave Jones normally carries. We have had several service calls from Dave Jones over the years, and each time, the technicians are friendly, kind, efficient, and just wonderful people. Thank you!

I would recommend Luke and his team to anyone needing any type of plumbing work. Luke was very prompt and professional when coming out to get us an estimate on our basement remodel project. He showed up early to do the work and has had great communication throughout the entire process, which is a huge benefit for the customer. On top of all that, his prices were extremely reasonable for the amount of work we had done. Can't say enough good things about Luke and his team at Kegonsa Plumbing. Will definitely be the only person I call from now on for plumbing work.

Bruce made an assessment and created a plan for a number of things needing updating in basement of my home (built in 1930). He explained things clearly and I had a good understanding of the work order. Bruce arrived on time, was very pleasant and showed me work as it progressed, keeping me informed. I feel confident in his work. It not only looks fantastic (new copper pipes in place especially) but contributes to the overall well-being of the house. I'd ask for Bruce by name again.

I was just googling to find Jack's contact info and was surprised to see a negative review. So I am countering. I used Jack a lot years ago and can't imagine he's gone bad. Good fellow, easy to work with.
