Mark the owner himself has the worst customer service and should understand how to talk and treat a customers tenant during a service appt. Very rude and demanding with no customer service skills AT ALL! I would NEVER recommend this business for service untill the owner Mark goes through customer service training and respects his customers! Fired them before the work so not sure even of the quailty of there work

Replaced hot water heater. Okay experience. Does not look like the connection to the chimney was professionally done. Left dirty boot marks over kitchen floor.
