Excellent experiences with Dallman Plumbing. I had my water heater and softer replace (2 separate occasions), and was extremely happy with them both. Quality work. Professional. Will definitely use them in the future.

We had sump pump failure in March which led to some standing water in our basement pretty quickly. I called Lichtfeld Plumbing and could not believe how quickly they got there to get the problem under control! I had called another service first who would not have been able to get there until the next day even as emergency call, but Lichtfeld was there within an hour. And they were so knowledgeable and helpful about what our next steps needed to be. I highly recommend them and will be calling on them again for any future projects that involve plumbing. At a crisis time, these are the kinds of folks you want to be able to call on.

I haven’t actually paid Mark for a service yet, but twice he has had a conversation with me about different projects, given me great advice on how to move forward, and said just to call if I got stuck. So helpful! When I need anything beyond what I can figure out, he will hands down be the person I call to do a project.

These guys are the best in the business and work as a team across HVAC, Plumbing and Electric. We replaced HVAC system, water heater and water softener unit all at once and they did the job all in less than one day. They were attentive to protecting our wood floors and carpet and did a really nice job at explaining our options for equipment and then how each unit works once replaced. Just an all-around friendly, professional and courteous team at Cardinal.

We thought we had a leaking water heater that was not that old. I called Lorentz, left a message and he called back. I described the problem, he helped me check a few things and told me what to watch for so we could confirm whether or not the heater was leaking. It turns out, the water was coming from a plugged humidifier drain hose, causing the humidifier to leak where the drain hose connected to the humidifier drain. Lorentz's instructions were clear, helpful and he was pleasant to speak with.

I have used John numerous times for personal projects over the years and I refer him regularly to my real estate clients. Super responsive personable and professional. I have used HJ Pertzborn twice in the last 4 months. They replaced both a water heater and softener while I was out of town and went out of their way to coordinate my remotely locking and unlocking doors for them. In the second instance they replaced two sump pumps. In both instances, the work was professionally done, timely, cleanup was impeccable, and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommended.
