Dallman is a very customer focus, reasonably priced plumbing Company. They have great communication skills, very professional and do the job right. I would not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing job.

Dan arrived the same day and fixed my clogged sink and broken faucet efficiently, professionally, and with courtesy. They don't know it yet, but I'm calling them again today to fix my tub faucet. Highly recommended!

I haven’t actually paid Mark for a service yet, but twice he has had a conversation with me about different projects, given me great advice on how to move forward, and said just to call if I got stuck. So helpful! When I need anything beyond what I can figure out, he will hands down be the person I call to do a project.

They were great! Our service man was very nice. He was punctual too. Replacing the old water heater with a new one was very quick. They worked with our schedule.

I discovered my water heater was leaking, and could not remember who installed it so I phoned Robert's Plumbing and Heating since they're right in my neighborhood. I had an inspection within an hour. After having trouble dealing with the warranty on my current water heater, I called Robert's back. They were able to help me with the warranty and are coming back to replace my water heater tomorrow morning! It's my Christmas Miracle! :-)

We just moved into a new house this fall and had some questions on our heating system. We're new to radiant heat (only had homes with forced air up until this point) so I had a TON of questions. The technicians from Cardinal arrived on time (even gave us a heads up phone call + text 30 minutes before arrival) and were very helpful in assessing our heating system. Very knowledgeable guys. The actual physical service was fine, but the billing department is apparently non-existent. We received a bill via email for at the beginning of November for work done in late October. My partner thought I paid it, and I thought he did. We heard nothing from the company until March, when we received a phone call threatening us with a lien on our house for non-payment--four months later, without one paper reminder bill or email sent during that period. I then tried to pay the bill online a few times, and was unable to due to God knows what; the system glitched at a different point in the process each time I tried. Then I paid the bill by mail, and THEN I got a letter from a lien company the day after they cashed the check. We won't be using them again.

John has always down a superb job for me and for all those I refer to him. I’ve used a few different plumbers, until I found John…he’s the best! Prices are reasonable; he’s very professional and does a great job!

Replaced my water heater. I did not report as an emergency, but they still were out here within 3 hours of them reopening after a 4 day holiday weekend to attempt repair of the old unit. I had been without hot water for days at this point. When it was not able to be repaired they were able to get a new one installed w/I 24 hours.

Main sewer drain was clogged. Very responsive to messages and came out the same day. Price quoted was price charged. Very happy with the service and price. I definitely recommend this company.
