After calling Roto Router several times in the past to help with an ongoing problem of our basement floor drain backing up, we decided to try something different. My husband called Greg just after 8:00 AM on a weekday morning and he was at our house within the hour. He quickly located the clog, fixed it, was able to snake a pipe that Roto Router had never had success with in the past, and taught my husband how to handle the situation if/when it happens again! We were so pleased with his service! He is a local, very friendly, helpful, flexible, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

I've had work done in my house before by plumbers that didn’t hold up and I’ve had to have it redone! Once the faucet leaked all over my kitchen and ruined the floors and cabinets! It shows in how well they take care you. We recently had them fix our shower faucets because the house we moved into had old ones that whenever anyone turned on the water in any other faucet or flushed the toilet, the shower would go ice cold and then scalding hot in a matter of seconds. We have a family of 6 who all take showers in the morning so this was crippling our morning routine! 4 Lakes fixed it in an hour and came out as soon as my schedule allowed, first thing in the morning before work! They are awesome and I will never use any other plumber again!

They were great! Our service man was very nice. He was punctual too. Replacing the old water heater with a new one was very quick. They worked with our schedule.

During a routine maintenance check the technician found a hole in the heat exchanger on our furnace. Cardinal met to discuss options to repair or replace that same day. Friday we called to schedule replacement and they were here at 7:30 this morning. They have been great to work with.

Ok folks! Plumbers are expensive. No getting around it. You youngsters out there who don't mind getting their hands dirty should consider this as a career choice. But anyway, theses guys are good! Ken and Luke arrived on time and got right at it. They replaced 2 outdoor spigot's quickly and put in the newer no freeze type. This is a 70's house and all the plumbing is a bit sketchy. I had another plumber do a majority of the work when I renovated this house and he wasn't as good. I'll hire these guys next time I need a plumber!

Wow, I am blown away by the excellent service I just received by RotoRooter! Our kitchen drain clogged up last night and we couldn't unclog it ourselves. I called RotoRooter this morning and talked to an extremely nice, professional man who then scheduled me for service just a couple hours later. The technician was just as professional and great to work with! He had the drain cleared up in a matter of minutes and I couldn't be happier. We called D&D when the main drain plugged in our hair salon building. As you can imagine, we can't really have plugged drains when clients are having their hair washed / tinted, etc. D&D answered their phone immediately, were on site within 30 minutes, and had the problem fixed shortly thereafter. They cleaned up their mess and were very professional. Rates were reasonable for an emergency service after 5:00. Highly recommend them.
