Best Drain Inspection in Madison WI

We had sump pump failure in March which led to some standing water in our basement pretty quickly. I called Lichtfeld Plumbing and could not believe how quickly they got there to get the problem under control! I had called another service first who would not have been able to get there until the next day even as emergency call, but Lichtfeld was there within an hour. And they were so knowledgeable and helpful about what our next steps needed to be. I highly recommend them and will be calling on them again for any future projects that involve plumbing. At a crisis time, these are the kinds of folks you want to be able to call on.

I've had work done in my house before by plumbers that didn’t hold up and I’ve had to have it redone! Once the faucet leaked all over my kitchen and ruined the floors and cabinets! The only plumber I trust to do it right the first time and not over charge me is 4 Lakes Plumbing! It shows in how well they take care you. We recently had them fix our shower faucets because the house we moved into had old ones that whenever anyone turned on the water in any other faucet or flushed the toilet, the shower would go ice cold and then scalding hot in a matter of seconds. We have a family of 6 who all take showers in the morning so this was crippling our morning routine! 4 Lakes fixed it in an hour and came out as soon as my schedule allowed, first thing in the morning before work! They are awesome and I will never use any other plumber again!

I discovered my water heater was leaking, and could not remember who installed it so I phoned Robert's Plumbing and Heating since they're right in my neighborhood. I had an inspection within an hour. After having trouble dealing with the warranty on my current water heater, I called Robert's back. They were able to help me with the warranty and are coming back to replace my water heater tomorrow morning! It's my Christmas Miracle! :-)

Electrician was on time and completed task quickly was pleasant and professional. I've always had a 5 star result when dealing with Cardinal. I will definitely will use them again.

The second installation was a new water softner. I had not planned on having it done today but the person who was doing our plumbing inspection said he could do it today if we wanted it done. This saved us time, the installation was great, and I'm satisfied.

Bradd came out this morning and in 1/2 hour he had my basement drain running again. It had been clogged off and on for months and it is an old house, nearly 100 years old with funky plumbling. We had tried a roto-rooter that we rented and it wouldn't fit. For a very good price I now have a clean drain. I highly recommend these guys!

I called to get my sewer lines cleaned out. And the women i talked with took down my name and phone number and said someone will get back with you???? Well i am still waiting for there phone call??? So i called them to see why no one has called me back?? Here i find out that they scheduled me for a Wednesday or Thursday that i didn't know that as i didn't set anything up with them??? I have been a customer for a number of years now and they always have been good about calling me back and setting up a date. I won't be have them come to my house again. I will be calling someone else from now on..
