I have lived in Sun Prairie for 15 years and have never used Cardinal until today...and I didn't realize what I was missing out on. Had a basement drain backing up when high volumes of water were being used. Grey water would come up through the floor drain. Called these guys on Monday at 12:30 and they were at my house by 3PM that day the drain was back to normal by 3:45 PM! They removed a lot of roots from the pipe. - Service Tech, Jim, with an hour and hot water shortly there after.

- Replacement part was ordered yesterday, arrived today, Service Tech just left with new part installed and hot water at our finger tips.

I called on a Sunday morning. Answered on the 2nd ring, said they do service Portage and could be at my home in 90 minutes. He was, job was done in less than an hour. Worth every penny.
