They were great! Our service man was very nice. He was punctual too. Replacing the old water heater with a new one was very quick. They worked with our schedule.

I have owned a home for many years and haven't had to hire a plumber. I was nervous about shopping around for one. After receiving three different estimates, I called Robert's plumbing. They fit me in their busy schedule within just a couple days. Dominic, the plumber, was very kind and professional. He patiently answered my many questions, and finished replacing my three shut off valves in a very reasonable amount of time. I no longer have to shop for a plumber. I will be using Robert's Plumbing and Heating for my jobs in the future, and I will be recommending them to all my friends.

Disconnected the line everytime I tried to get their help on a weekend. Not good for emergencies; will not respond.

I had my furnace and A/C maintenance preformed about a week and a half ago. I turned on the A/C yesterday for the first time since then and the A/C did not turn on. I contacted Cardinal this morning and right away Rick Johnson and his supervisor came and fixed the problem. I have used a company locally and after dealing with them for 40 years they have sold the company and the new owners leave little to be desired. I was looking for a new service company and have heard about Cardinal since their trucks are seen frequently in my community.I was very impressed with the pre appointment notifications and appointment availability. Rick Johnson is a very nice and competent technician who did a very thorough job in maintaining my systems.Even more impressive was their response to my situation.I thank them and the call center for their professionalism. Awoke to a leaking water heater this morning. There was a sticker in it that Oasen had installed it in 2006. I talked to them at 8:30am and new water heater was installed and they were gone by 10am! Definitely recommend

John was prompt, efficient, and incredibly kind. He patiently took the time to address my long list of questions (most unrelated to my service request) and was honest about what was and was not of pressing concern for me. Having much experience working in downtown residential buildings, he was immediately knowledgeable about the age and parts of my bathroom, and made the process as easy as I could have imagined for a home-owner with little experience troubleshooting plumbing repair requests.

We had a problem at a 24 unit apartment building that lasted for 4 years. Worked with several plumbers, and nobody could figure it out. Finally worked with Luke and one week later he had all the necessary things replaced and absolutely working perfectly. There are a ton of plumbers out there, but Luke problem solves intellectually.

Water heater went out on a Sunday, called Stan 6:30 sharp Monday Morning. New 50 gal Rheem Installed same day. Prompt, professional job.

Main sewer drain was clogged. Very responsive to messages and came out the same day. Price quoted was price charged. Very happy with the service and price. I definitely recommend this company.

apparently they dont do anything that actually takes time and effort.took one look at it not worth their time apparently. rude and grumpy. probably due to his old age . the you should probably retire old man.
