I have had Triggs out twice now & both times it's been fantastic. The first time Lance came out and had to work on our garbage disposal drainage. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and made other recommendations to make things run more smoothly which we ended up doing.

The most recent issue was that our water heater was old & had issues with the pilot light coming on. The man who came on site was courteous & very knowledgeable. He explained what to expect from a water heater that old & got it working with the least amount of cost & even took a bit of time to take a look at the lines going to the bathrooms since we weren't sure that they had soft water to them (which they didn't). I will definitely be calling them when we need to replace the water heater & any other plumbing needs because of the honesty that we have been shown while they were here.

Extremely professional, needed to have the work done asap and worked us in to their busy work schedule! Respected our home and cleaned up after! Did an excellent job! Also went above and beyond and let us know that our furnish is starting to leak, even though that's not what they were here for! I would recommend to anyone!

They were great! Our service man was very nice. He was punctual too. Replacing the old water heater with a new one was very quick. They worked with our schedule.

I discovered my water heater was leaking, and could not remember who installed it so I phoned Robert's Plumbing and Heating since they're right in my neighborhood. I had an inspection within an hour. After having trouble dealing with the warranty on my current water heater, I called Robert's back. They were able to help me with the warranty and are coming back to replace my water heater tomorrow morning! It's my Christmas Miracle! :-)

John, the owner of Aqua Plumbing is knowledgeable, professional, honest, highly skilled, and an all around good person. He helped us build and install a new steam shower and patiently guided us through the project, connected us with other wonderful trades folks for tiling and electrical and provided us an end product that is beautiful and high quality. If we ever need further plumbing needs, John will be our first call.

My technician was right on time and repaired my toilet quickly. He was pleasant, very knowledgeable and professional. All around a great experience!

Luke and his team (Jack, Trevor, and Jake) are just finishing up a bathroom addition for us. They have been a joy to work with throughout the process. Very professional and top-notch work. Jack has helped us with SO many details, and has done beautiful work, especially considering it is new construction in a small, oddly-shaped space. He and Luke also have assisted us with some additional work needed in our basement. From the initial plan and detailed estimate via Luke, to Jack's stellar customized construction work, it has been fun watching it take shape and get finished. Highly recommend them!

Bruce came out to do work on our main water line, fix our kitchen and laundry plumbing and install a water softener. Turned out we needed more work than originally expected. Still, the pricing was very reasonable and such good workmanship. Overall we felt that Bruce was very professional, excellent quality of work, great communication, reasonably priced, prompt and overall excellent experience. Jack at Plumbing Pro's really saved the day for us. We we're attempting to install a water heater and found that the main shut off was bad and leaking through the closed valve. I explained this to Jack and he said he could be there in an hour as he was in the area. Totally awesome. He replaced the water heater and did and absolutely wonderful job. We will be keeping him on speed dial for anyone who asks us for a plumbing reference.
