We have used John at Aqua Plumbing several times over the past few years and have been very satisfied! John has been available at a moments notice for emergencies and is always so pleasant. He installed our RO system, installed a new toilet, upgraded/replaced shower piping, repaired a gas leak, and fixed a clogged drain. Definitely recommend!

Kurt was very prompt about getting a tech out to me and getting the problem fixed. I appreciate that he stuck to his estimate even though the job possibly ended up going beyond what was expected due to some apparent miscommunication. I also appreciate his promise to stand behind the work done.

Quick service, fair price, and overall a very good interaction with their plumbers for a new water heater installation. They were in and out in only a couple hours which included the time to order the heater from their shop.

I called Ziegler Plumbing to replace our toilet on Monday and Dave set an appointment for Thursday. He called me as he had a spot open up on Wednesday and I accepted that. They called in advance and were on the way. Arrived on time and within and hour we had a brand new toilet installed! The old one was hauled away and I did not have to shop or do anything. Upon completion of the work everything was picked up and cleaned! Dave recommended the Gerber toilet and I do have to say it is quiet and powerful. I am happy everyone else had such a good experience. I needed to have my bathroom remodeling. He came to look at it and told me he would get back to me with a quote. Did not hear back in 2 weeks so I called him and left a message. Never heard back from him. I found someone else to do the remodel. If he did not want to do the job that is fine by me but at least have the courtesy to call and say so. I would not recommend this company. My sister had the same problem with him and they went to someone else as well.

Had a new toilet installed and a new flapper put into other toilet. Enjoy the new toilet a lot - so much better than the old one. I was glad I was able to get a biscuit color right away.

Robert was quick to fit in 3 small plumbing projects I had. He was on time, easy to work with and did great work. Super impressed and would happily refer him to a friend. He replaced a wash basin, fixed a leaking outdoor spigot, and removed an old sink we never needed.

Chris and his crew were great to work with. We had a bathroom remodeled and Chris was recommended by our contractor. He was on time and easy to communicate with.

Polite, professional & excellent work

We had a wonderful experience with Jim's Plumbing. We were doing our kitchen remodel on our own, but needed an experienced plumber to move/add some water lines for our new dishwasher and fridge, hook up our faucet and garbage disposal, and move our gas line for our cooktop. Jim was very thorough when he came over over to quote the work. We ran in to issues where we had to push out Jim coming over to do the work (no fault of his, all with us doing the project ourselves), and it was very easy to work with Jessica to move the time for Jim to come. It was a wonderful experience and would recommend Jim's Plumbing for any and all plumbing work! We will definitely use them again in future projects.
