John, the owner of Aqua Plumbing is knowledgeable, professional, honest, highly skilled, and an all around good person. He helped us build and install a new steam shower and patiently guided us through the project, connected us with other wonderful trades folks for tiling and electrical and provided us an end product that is beautiful and high quality. If we ever need further plumbing needs, John will be our first call.

My water heater was leaking over the weekend, and amazingly I had a new one in its place in under 48 hours. KJM was very easy to work with, and did great work very quickly. They were really easy to communicate with as well, which is rare in Madison!

Jack at Plumbing Pro's really saved the day for us. We we're attempting to install a water heater and found that the main shut off was bad and leaking through the closed valve. I explained this to Jack and he said he could be there in an hour as he was in the area. Totally awesome. He replaced the water heater and did and absolutely wonderful job. We will be keeping him on speed dial for anyone who asks us for a plumbing reference.
