Great experience from start to finish. I needed a kitchen sink hooked up, a little more complicated than normal. They came out to look at what needed to be done for no charge. They came back later and did a great job fixing everything quickly at a fare price. Awesome communication, and gave me a lot of advice along the way.

Absolutely phenomenal business to do work with. We've had them work on rentals our personal home and our business. They are quality people. They are priced aggressively, always show up on time, are very efficient at doing what needs to be done and just generally are nice people. I call them one day and they're usually over the next. Roto Rooter saved my basement from backing up sewage. Despite being a Sunday they got here realatively quickly. The tech did the job quickly and efficiently, was extremly pleasant and polite. Everyone I spoke with was the epitome of customer service. I'm very pleased with how this experience went.

They're quick and get the job done right!

I called Ziegler Plumbing to replace our toilet on Monday and Dave set an appointment for Thursday. He called me as he had a spot open up on Wednesday and I accepted that. They called in advance and were on the way. Arrived on time and within and hour we had a brand new toilet installed! The old one was hauled away and I did not have to shop or do anything. Upon completion of the work everything was picked up and cleaned! Dave recommended the Gerber toilet and I do have to say it is quiet and powerful. It is a pleasure to do business locally and to know that Ziegler Plumbing will stand behind the product and the workmanship. For all your plumbing needs I highly recommend Ziegler Plumbing. Due to a dying garbage disposal, our kitchen drain was hopelessly clogged for a very handy husband without professional plumbing tools. Ron Oliver was able to work us in, unclogged the drain and installed a new garbage disposal we purchased from him in just a little over an hour. We knew the disposal needed replacing soon and had researched replacements. The one he recommended and provided was what we had been considering and his price with installation was reasonable. Ron is professional, knowledgeable, personable and won our trust immediately. We will keep his contact information handy for any future plumbing needs.

This is my experience in Waunakee. These guys are fast, competent and if something does go wrong they take care of it. They also are big enough that they can make emergency calls at almost any time and you don't have to sweat the small stuff. They are also large enough to have a very professional business office to work out any issues there. I am very happy after years of working with these guys.
