If you want someone to talk down to you, not listen to anything you're saying, belittle your budget and make insulting comments about things unrelated to the plumbing he was called there for, then this is the company for you. I'm not even interested in what the quote says, this company won't be getting our business.

So, what you need to understand is we're on our third whole house remodel. And up until now we've done all the work ourselves. But sometimes you just NEED a professional. That's why we called in the guys from Benjamin Plumbing. What would have taken us ages they did in just about an hour. Thank you! You guys are the BEST!

I discovered my water heater was leaking, and could not remember who installed it so I phoned Robert's Plumbing and Heating since they're right in my neighborhood. I had an inspection within an hour. After having trouble dealing with the warranty on my current water heater, I called Robert's back. They were able to help me with the warranty and are coming back to replace my water heater tomorrow morning! It's my Christmas Miracle! :-)

Wow, I am blown away by the excellent service I just received by RotoRooter! Our kitchen drain clogged up last night and we couldn't unclog it ourselves. I called RotoRooter this morning and talked to an extremely nice, professional man who then scheduled me for service just a couple hours later. The technician was just as professional and great to work with! He had the drain cleared up in a matter of minutes and I couldn't be happier. I worked with Mike who was extremely personable and kind. Mike helped coordinate the plumber to come out and install a new gas pipe for our dryer (transitioned from electric to gas). Our plumber was kind, quick, and did a great job too. Our neighbors had recommended them to us as we are new to the area, and I can say without a doubt I would recommend them as well.
