I so much enjoyed his work. I had two other people come through, even owners and they said it could not be done but Uselman Plumbing did it. Thank you. They ran a gas line for $800 through a finished basement with one small hole. Worked great.

I called 10 different plumbing businesses for estimates to replace my garbage disposal and Benjamin Plumbing was ahead by a mile in lowest cost and best warranty. (Not best warranty for the cost. Best warranty of the 10 places I called)

They were friendly, reachable, affordable, and the pumbler was quick, knowledgeable and personable.

I didn't see or smell or old disposal as it was being replaced, no hidden fees, all parts/labor/removing the old disposal was done for $300 I was quoted on the phone.

I can't wait for this new disposal to break down so I can call them again in 5 years.

I discovered my water heater was leaking, and could not remember who installed it so I phoned Robert's Plumbing and Heating since they're right in my neighborhood. I had an inspection within an hour. After having trouble dealing with the warranty on my current water heater, I called Robert's back. They were able to help me with the warranty and are coming back to replace my water heater tomorrow morning! It's my Christmas Miracle! :-)

I am not a person who typically writes a review. The company usually has to be pretty bad or exceptionally good. This company was exceptionally good. Professional. Nice. Fair. Customer service orientated. I highly recommend them.

Monona Plumbing answered our call for a plugged sewer lateral on a Sunday morning. Travis was very professional and explained everything he was doing and also suggested why we might be having the problem.
He recommended that we have an inspection if the problem persisted.
Andrew came out a few days later after our call for an inspection of our sewer line. Andrew showed me our sewer line as he was running his camera through and explained what was going on and he also took photos of project to show management.
After talking to Preston in the office, project manager Jeff called and made the appointment to meet me and get depths and mark the location for excavating and replacing a portion of our sewer lateral. It’s not a pleasant thought that we have to remove some driveway and dig up some of our lawn.
After these two men left our hone and property you couldn’t even tell that trey had been here.

These guys do a very nice job, they are very professional and good at answering any questions, and they have by far the best prices of the various companies I called. They also went above and beyond replacing my water softener by flushing out the hot water heater for no extra charge. I would highly recommend their services to friends, family, and strangers!

John installed a new water heater for me. Straight up front pricing, great communication, on time and quick work.
He even fixed my gas line to the water heater that was installed incorrectly before I bought the house.

Recently built a home with Victory Homes, Dave Jones was the contractor that installed all HVAC and plumbing. 10+ service calls over the first 3 months of living here.
- recirculation line wasn't installed correctly
- HRV wasn't configured correctly which resulted in humid air being pumped into our house during the hottest months. Our wood work swelled because of it.
- Thermostats were never programmed, fan speed was set to the highest setting
- Hot and cold water lines were crossed for half of the upstairs. They cut into new drywall to switch the lines.
- Ducts were never labeled, that resulted in several trips to correct
- HVAC was making a whistling noise due to leaks in the duct work that wasn't installed correctly. (still whistles)
- Upstairs modular shower is squeaking due to being installed incorrectly
- Pot filler was installed incorrectly, water ended up leaking down the back wall damaging drywall in the basement bedroom

Dave Jones is a dumpster fire. Stay away. If you're building a new home and they are listed as a contractor, request someone else.

Had them plumb a new 1/2 bathroom in a closet for us, and I couldn't be happier. Lucas was prompt, very professional, and extremely reasonable with his pricing. Trevor was even kind enough to bring in my boxes delivered while they were working. I'd absolutely hire them again!

apparently they dont do anything that actually takes time and effort.took one look at it not worth their time apparently. rude and grumpy. probably due to his old age . the you should probably retire old man.

Bruce led the installation of a new hot water heater system and new water softener for us today. I simply cannot say enough good things about our experience with Bruce and H.J. Pertzborn. Our old systems quit on us, and we sought out proposals from several companies. Not only was H.J. Pertzborn's bid the lowest and extremely rapid (Bruce came the same day we called, and Steve sent the proposal the next day), but it was immediately clear that Bruce could be trusted to install the system we needed and not oversell us on unnecessary products. Bruce was also willing to think creatively about the best use of space in our old basement, while the other companies we talked to only wanted to put the water heater in the location that was most convenient for the install, but not for us.

The installation today was flawless, and both plumbers that came were so considerate of our kids running around everywhere while they worked. Bruce explained everything to me to make sure I understood the plan and the new systems, and we can already see how much of an improvement these changes have made for our house!

I could not be more impressed with H.J. Pertzborn from start to finish. They were responsive, completely trustworthy, and did amazing work for us on a tight timeline. We will not go anywhere else in the future.
