Best Plumbing Leak Detection in Lubbock TX

Update: Received my receipt shortly after posting my first review. One week later we still had water leaking from the furnace. Called again. The next tech said the coils needed to be cleaned, which is what I told the dispatcher the first time I called a week ago. They discounted what I paid the first time and gave me a bill for the difference to clean the coils. Two days later I discovered the tech did not put a filter back in the furnace. So it ran for 2 days with no filter. I think I'm done with this company.

Proflow plumbing always bail me out of sewer problems.

Do NOT use this company horrible service. They lie to you so they can charge you for unessesary work. They did a crappy job, had to get another company to fix the AC correctly.

Christmas Eve we started having water back up in the kitchen and utility room sinks. We called Joe Rushing Plumbing at 11:00 PM. They quickly showed up and cleared the clog (from the roof, in the dark no less!) They were professional and courteous even on Christmas Eve. We will definitely use these guys again!

I have used WesTech Plumbing since it was recommended by a local realtor. I trust them completely.
My last was a clogged drain. After the repair it flowed cleanly for a day and then clogged again. They came out and did a very thorough cleansing of the line at no charge.
Honest people. Well worthy of your trust.

Bob and Sam were great! Very professional and quick. They helped us replace the clean out, part of a sewer line, as well as some water lines. I can’t recommend them enough!

Having a sewer line backed up and overflowing is never any fun. But when it's due to the malicious vandalism of a disgruntled tenant on the day you're giving end of Life Care to your loved one, it can be seemingly catastrophic.
I called Earl's Plumbing and Becky had me on the schedule ASAP. When Drew and a helper arrived they went straight to work with such professionalism and intent. They had the problem resolved in less time than it took me to rant about my tenant to Becky. Ha
Pricing was very fair. They even replaced damaged sewer clean-out cap at no cost.
I truly appreciate Earl's Plumbing for not only the great service but the genuine caring spirit.

Jay and Raymond did exactly what they said they would do. They were prompt at returning calls and knowledgable. We had a mini split installed and they were top notch. We have also used their plumbing services in our restrooms. No complaints and cheaper than who we had been using.

I wanted to say that I saw one of your employees at the Walmart on 4th and Frankford helping an elderly woman put her groceries in her car and was very appreciative of the fact that he did that. I didn't get his name but saw that his truck number was 132.

So grateful to James and the Leak -Tek Staff. Friendly, prompt, & knowledgeable. James explained the entire collapsed sewer process from start to finish, so we knew what to expect. Everything turned out great and works like a charm!! Leak-Tek - you did good!!!

Had a busted water line 3 months ago. Called and spoke with a guy named John. He was extremely disrespectful and arrogant, like he was better than me. The men who showed up were nice so I didnt question their intelligence. The bill was disgustingly expensive, but at least I could end business with this company... or so I thought...

Now I have a foundation issue and the same water leak but worse. Called another plumbing company and got it fixed right. Except now we have to hire framers, carpenters and a hand full of other contractors. With all this money were haven't to spend because of DR Plumber.. I think will be pursing for legal action.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this fly by night circus.

Called powerhouse last week to come fix our kitchen sink and they said someone would come out Saturday between 11-1. So I spent my Saturday waiting for a plumber that never came or even called. I called them at 1:25 on Saturday and left them a message and they never even called me back. Very unprofessional. Thank you for wasting my Saturday.
