Can't say enough good things about this great company. My husband and I were so weighed down by the stress of our sewer line. Our insurance had initially denied paying any cost of repairs. Thanks to Ashley, office manager, they were able connect with the insurance company and got them to pay half of the cost. It helped us tremendously. Ashley was also able to get us financing and it was off the charts!! WesTex Plumbing was extremely professional, courteous and a great team overall. They were able to get us going in about 2 days. The owner of the company even called us to make sure we were happy with their service. We are extremely grateful for good people like WesTex Plumbing. Use them for all of your plumbing needs!! You can not go wrong!

I have used Jay Young for various kinds of plumbing needs from installing new faucets, toilets and air conditioners, to diagnosing and repairing tankless water heaters and A/C units. Even a slab leak. When you own a home, it's always something! They have always been prompt, courteous and capable. And their prices are reasonable. All their employees have been good, but John is our absolute favorite! Highly recommend.

Sinclair has once again come to our rescue. We've needed them a handful of times over these last few years, and today was no different. Our heater decided not to blow out hot air which made for a cold night in our home. Drew responded to our service call and went above and beyond to fix the issue. They came to my house for repairs under Choice Home Warranty for a claim that I made to repair hose bibs. They came out took pictures and said we will submit this to your warranty company and if they reject the claim we will call you with a quote if I wanted to pay for it. They asked for the $65 copay. I gave it to them. They cashed the check as fast as possible. they never called me with the quote. it was clear when they said if they reject … they meant when they reject the claim. They clearly knew Choice did not cover hose bibs. Yes it is true that they only answered a call but they knew what it was and that it would not be covered. It would have been nice if when they called in the morning to say they were coming if they had just told me that they knew it would probably be rejected do you still want us to come.

Worst plumbers! Never fixed anything!

Called Churchwell Plumbing on Monday to come out and look at my plumbing issues. All of my toilets and tubs were backed up and being 6 months pregnant the sanitary issue was a concern. When I called I was advised that there will be a $75.00 call out fee and it may be a septic tank issue that they don't handle. For the sake of at least figuring out whether it was a septic issue or a clog I still wanted them to come out. Literally, I showed the gentlemen my tub and we walked one side of the house and there wasn't a real attempt to find the sewer clean out. Just by looking at my tub and walking the side of my house I was advised that it was a septic tank issue. Due to the holidays I could not get the septic pumping company out until Wednesday to pump my septic tank. Firstly, the septic tank was not full and secondly, after it was pumped my drains were still clogged-meaning this was never a septic tank issue. I attempted to call Churchwell Plumbing back to get it resolved, however, their phone was down. After nearly 3 days with no plumbing I went ahead and reached out to another company. Mr. Wilson's Plumbing came out the same day and there was a completely different vibe. They went above and beyond to make sure my baby and I were taken care of. They came out with a motive to fix the issue, unlike the response I got from Churchwell. Needless to say, it was not a septic tank issue and the clog could have been taken care of, but Churchwell took the $75.00 and ran with it.
