Best Water Heater Repair Services in Lubbock TX

Came out to help me quickly. The guy was very professional and answered all of my questions.

Driver almost rear ended me because they weren't paying attention to the lights. Sad company representation to the public.

I DO NOT recommend this company and will NEVER use them again. We called with ac/heater issues. The first time, Jarin came out, stayed 15 minutes, stated we tripped our breaker and to call if problem persisted. Called back the following Monday. Jarin came back, and I tried again to explain what the system was doing. He didn’t really listen too much to what I had to say. He checked outside and inside. Said I think it’s your compressor, and will have to order part. Two days later he called to state the part was in. I tried to ask questions regarding what made him think the compressor was out because I had my doubts. He was short and clearly irritated that I dared to question him. Our system wasn’t really showing clear signs of the compressor going out except for a tripped breaker ONE time…which isn’t definitive. However, I decided to trust him. Two days later, a different gentlemen came to install the compressor. Total cost was $1500 (labor and freon). Part was still under warranty. Over the weekend same problem persisted. Newly installed compressor made zero difference. Called yet again and requested different technician who came to evaluate and within 2 minutes stated our coils were dirty and needed attention. Quoted us $1900 to deal with this issue. (Crazy thing is, my husband questioned/suggested this to Jarin as the possible culprit the first time Jarin came to the house! He wouldn’t listen.)
My husband called and spoke with J.D. about the additional quote and his frustration, as we had just spent $1500 on a compressor that didn’t fix the issue. J.D. refused to even consider the possibility that they could have been incorrect in the initial diagnosis about the compressor. Just argued with my husband instead. Had he just listened and attempted to make the situation right, offered an apology for the frustration or the fact they didn’t get it fixed the first time…really ANY type of customer service, the situation could have been much different. Could both of these very expensive repairs been needed at the exact same time? Possibly. But not likely. It comes down to money with this company. They do not care how they treat their customers. ZERO customer service or professionalism. They are right. Period.
Luckily, a friend found someone else to take care of the coil issue for us at a fraction of JD’s inflated quote. My piece of advice, stay far away from this company, or you will likely regret it!

Ok, I'm going to save you time! I read hundreds of reviews to get a gist on if I can trust the service I'm going to hire for whatever issue that is making life more stressful, and as such, I don't want to deal with bad service and hire a company that is dishonest. so, I read twenty reviews on each company. Having said all of this, stop, and make this the last review and save your time and hire Bob (Raider Plumbing) for anything related to plumbing including natural gas. He is the most honest guy who is going to give you a more than good price on anything he has to repair! I'm not being hyperbolic with this review just trying to help you make the best decision and Raider Plumbing is just that!

M. R. Plumber is a very responsive and high quality plumbing company. My husband called them yesterday to schedule an appointment to inspect a plumbing project in our master bathroom, and they scheduled an appointment for the next day, and was able to perform our plumbing pipe repair requested during the appointment. Raul and his assistant not only accessed things quickly and went right to work but left the area very tidy and gave us a very fair price for the supplies and labor. I will definitely use Mario and Raul again in the future.

I have been a week without hot water. They work a little bit more and then leave. I still have a water leak. My water and electric bill will be as much as he's charging. I would not recommend them for anything. I refuse to pay what he's charging.

They replaced a toilet at my business, and water heater at my home, as well as some faucet installs and other odds and ends repairs. My go to plumber. Always very clean work, on time and friendly.
