Earl’s does a fantastic job every time I use them. I have 6 rent houses and from time to time something comes up. They are always on time. Great price and fix it the first time. Their homeowners policy is a great investment.

Driver almost rear ended me because they weren't paying attention to the lights. Sad company representation to the public.

Needed to get our houses HVAC serviced. We moved out of state. The plumber called on the way to pick up the key from the realtor. He did not say anything about an extra charge. I spoke to the plumber multiple times on the phone before he was done with the job. Not once did he mention additional fees. When he called to say it was done all of a sudden there was an extra fee for going to get the key from the realtor. He said I have to pay and if I don't like it I can take it up with the realtor. He also said he would email a receipt but never did. Great company if you'd like to pay way over on your estimate for hidden fees. Stay far away from them.

Can't say enough good things about this great company. My husband and I were so weighed down by the stress of our sewer line. Our insurance had initially denied paying any cost of repairs. Thanks to Ashley, office manager, they were able connect with the insurance company and got them to pay half of the cost. It helped us tremendously. Ashley was also able to get us financing and it was off the charts!! WesTex Plumbing was extremely professional, courteous and a great team overall. They were able to get us going in about 2 days. The owner of the company even called us to make sure we were happy with their service. We are extremely grateful for good people like WesTex Plumbing. Use them for all of your plumbing needs!! You can not go wrong!

The guys came to run the line for my plumbing due to my toilet backing up. Price was at least $60 more than I’ve ever paid before. The place I normally call couldn’t come out today. They only ran the line to my toilet and told me there was hair in my tub drain, said it would be and additional $75 to run that too. Evidently if you are a member it’s only $140 something, still more than Joe Rushing. Also of course there is no warranty, they said because I had roots in the line, which is strange because the line was just replaced. So $175 later and only half the problem is fixed. I’ve never had a plumber only run the exact line that was stopped up when it’s connected to the shower line.

Both John & Mike were very professional & knowledgeable their work was with out complaint and were fineshed very quickly.
I am very pleased and have asked th do another ejectric job for me.

I have used them three times and each time they were on time, performed exactly what needed to be done, and were done quicker than I expected.

These guys are awesome. Heat wave hit and A/C went down on two properties. Next morning 8am they were there and working. 1st unit was an easy fix- bad capacitor, they had them in the truck, and 15min later it was uomand running. They cleaned the condenser out and checked charge, all good. 2nd unit was a total loss and needed an entire replacement - they were back the next morning with a new unit- had it installed and running in a few hours. Absolutely the best HVAC guys in Lubbock, bring your business to these guys.

We have a home warranty and when we put our service request it was sent to another company that was unresponsive so they reasigned it to A-1. I wish they would have sent it to A-1 to begin with. They had excellent customer service and were able to get us taken care of. They had everything they needed to get the job done. The hot water heater needed to be replaced so it was not able to be done that day. They worked with the warranty company to get our water heater replaced. They were very polite and professional. No spills or trash left behind.

Marco was great he kept working on my bathroom until he got everything working correctly. He came on time, and he answered all of my questions.

I have been a week without hot water. They work a little bit more and then leave. I still have a water leak. My water and electric bill will be as much as he's charging. I would not recommend them for anything. I refuse to pay what he's charging.

Do yourself a favor and go to a local place. Called three times: 1st time the plummer simply didn't show up when he said he would (meaning I waited at my house the whole 3 hour window he told me to wait for him), the last two times the person who answers the phone (in the corporate office somewhere other than lubbock) promised to connect me with their dispatch in Lubbock and never did so. This is a massive corporaton where treating the customer right is of no concern. Go with the local business options.
