Best Plumbing Systems in Lubbock TX

After installing our unit less than four years aft following a house fire, we’ve had to have Armstrong come back at least once a year to fix it. This summer, we’re currently at the end of week 2 with no working unit p, even after having a technician working on it for an entire day (after showing up nearly an hour later than we were told and having to come back for a second time in the same day). We keep being told that they are going to call back but at 7:30 on a Friday evening And no call back (though we were told to expect a call at 2), we realize we will have another weekend without air in our home despite the 90+ degree temperatures outside. A unit less than four-years-old shouldn’t cause this much trouble. We were also charged for services last year that were covered under warranty. We have NOT been impressed by Armstrong at any point and would not recommend their services at all!

So grateful to James and the Leak -Tek Staff. Friendly, prompt, & knowledgeable. James explained the entire collapsed sewer process from start to finish, so we knew what to expect. Everything turned out great and works like a charm!! Leak-Tek - you did good!!!

Duncan Heating and Air has been a true lifesaver for us amidst the scorching heat wave in West Texas. Their prices were incredibly reasonable, and their communication was top-notch. They swiftly addressed the necessary repairs without pushing any unnecessary add-ons on us. Their focus was solely on fixing what needed to be fixed, and they did so efficiently.

Jason came out and cleaned our sewage pipe, found out the problem was in the alley with city . Called the city to set up repair . He was very thorough and got us fixed up

We had a leak arise after a plumber installed a new water faucet. We were subsequently charged for the leak repair; when I called to inquire about additional bill for labor, I was told I'd be called back. Though I thought that would be yesterday, I heard from the company today. Additional labor charges were waived. While I'm sure the company doesn't completely agree with me regarding the applicability of the charges, I am very happy that they have accommodated me regarding my issue. All is working fine, and overall, I am quite happy with the service. This is not the first time I have used Rushing plumbing, and now knowing that they listen to customer problems, I would not hesitate using them again.

We have used Raider Plumbing twice and each time they have done outstanding work. Very polite and professional, and always get the job done.

John was great, he came out and had a real difficult job. Our lines are so full of roots and junk (rent home)
He worked very hard on 100° day on our roof and cleared out all our lines.

Their installers Joe Olguin and Jim Adams were very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. They worked around a part issue, which was not of their making, and stayed until my system was up and running and made sure everything was perfect. They are definitely an asset to the company.
