I would recommend this company 100%. They are so professional and will answer any questions even though they may seem like dumb questions they answer it. And before they do anything they make sure you know the price before they get started instead if leaving you in the dark . Im very happy with them. Im glad my dad recommend them to me cause I'm going to recommend them to everyone

This review is several years late but I had such a great experience, it was always in the back of my mind that I needed to write it. Our house is 50 years old and we were having some slow draining plumbing issues. We called three companies. Two of which recommended expensive solutions that never made sense to us. ProFlow came out and the owner told us instead of going these expensive routes, just simply replace the toilet first with a higher flow model. He never even quoted doing it themselves. After replacing one toilet, we have had ZERO issues for the last 4 years! Since then, I've used them for minor things and recommended them to others. They didn't try to oversell me like the other companies in town. I would trust anything they tell me at this point and you should too.

Arrived promptly on time to see why my clean out line was backflowing. Used all their machines and finally came unclogged. Got their camera out and Trey diagnosed it and showed me the picture. It sure was clear to see the pipe was broken and narrowed out in the alley. Luckily it's city side and they will be working on replacing it ASAP. It was marked by Joe Rushing Plumbing services and should be resolved. Thank God for the quick diagnosis and equipment they have.

Can't say enough good things about this great company. My husband and I were so weighed down by the stress of our sewer line. Our insurance had initially denied paying any cost of repairs. Thanks to Ashley, office manager, they were able connect with the insurance company and got them to pay half of the cost. It helped us tremendously. Ashley was also able to get us financing and it was off the charts!! WesTex Plumbing was extremely professional, courteous and a great team overall. They were able to get us going in about 2 days. The owner of the company even called us to make sure we were happy with their service. We are extremely grateful for good people like WesTex Plumbing. Use them for all of your plumbing needs!! I have used Jay Young for various kinds of plumbing needs from installing new faucets, toilets and air conditioners, to diagnosing and repairing tankless water heaters and A/C units. Even a slab leak. When you own a home, it's always something! They have always been prompt, courteous and capable. And their prices are reasonable. All their employees have been good, but John is our absolute favorite! Highly recommend.

I have been a week without hot water. They work a little bit more and then leave. I still have a water leak. My water and electric bill will be as much as he's charging. I would not recommend them for anything. I refuse to pay what he's charging.

They replaced a toilet at my business, and water heater at my home, as well as some faucet installs and other odds and ends repairs. My go to plumber. Always very clean work, on time and friendly.

They USED TO BE AWESOME but apparently it's been sold. A pastor, that I knew, used to own it.
Yesterday my mom called Kristie and made an appointment for me for today, after 12pm, and herself for next week.
Today my mom came over and stayed to wait with me. At 1:30 Kristie called my mom to confirm my address and said they were on their way. At 2:40, I called Kristie to make sure they had the right address. She said between 1-3, right?(this was 15 minutes till 3). At 5pm I called again and Chuck answered. I explained the above and he said I guess we really screwed that up, didnt we. I let him know I was calling a different company. Done, Done and Done.
