Tyler and Jorge were very nice, very professional and did a quick job on installing our new toilet! Our house is not yet move-in ready and they were very sweet and understanding and even gave tips on how to winterize before the cold front hits this weekend. They will go above and beyond to take care of you! The heater went out on new years eve and the owner came himself to fix it for me, making sure we would be warm for the couple of days it took to find the replacement part for the heater by showing me how to manually light the furnace. As soon as he had the part he came and fixed it fully. It is working great now. He was quick and professional, and didn't mind my curious dogs sniffing on him. I am very pleased with this business.

I called for an estimate over the phone. The woman gave me a price rage. I decided not to use them because I found someone cheaper. I did not make an appointment for them to come to the house or anything! They billed me for the job!!! They did not come out to the house and do the work!!
