I had a plumbing issue and thought I would try this company. I told the tech exactly what he needed to do because I have had to get it done many times before. It was literally 15 minutes of work, max. I told the tech that I would meet him at the house in a few and he could get started. When I got to the house he was doing the work another way. We tested the line and it didn’t work. He then tried doing it his way again for a long time and it didnt work. He again was trying it from another place and I told him to stop and do it my way. 5 minutes and the line was clear. I got the bill for $395 and of course had to pay right then. All the other companies that I have used in the past was a 1 hour of labor charged for 15-20 minutes of work and that was perfectly fine with me. I had to pay for 3 hours because he was working for 3 hours doing things his way that didnt work. I want to use this company to do more work that I have planned but I think I need to move on and get a company that does not over charge me. It might be my fault by being passive, I should have just told him do it my way or leave.

When Josh arrived, he introduced himself and shook my hand. He was very polite, saying “yes ma’am, thank you” when I offered him a bottle of water. He was patient with all my questions and very knowledgeable. Explained things so an old lady could understand. I will definitely use Sinclair again and ask for Josh.

Had no heat, very responsive. Diagnostic testing reveiled inducer motor needed to be replaced. My system was a very HGH end system, and it was more economically feasible to replace the heater. Upon further checking, techs noticed they smelled gas at the exterior of the house. Upon further checking realized the riser was leaking, and upon digging down to the pipe that goes out to the meter was not up to code. They had dug from the house out to the meter all by hand. These techs were very hard workers and always professional. They will definitely be my go to guys.

I called at 7:30 in the evening and got an immediate answer; we set up an appointment for the next day, and they successfully fixed my unit in about 20 minutes for a very reasonable price. Our sewer line was backing up into the shower and toilet when we went to do a load of laundry and Justin Cambell and Tristen came out and were very helpful. They had a good attitude and kept looking for the root of the problem until they were able to find it. Once they found the problem they went to work on clearing out the main line. Thank y’all!
