Been waiting n the restaurant business over 30 years — I can tell you there is no better group for being “straight up” with plumbing and HVAC. They do business the old fashioned way and always back their work.
Fair pricing.... and the owner, Dennis, is always available. Big jobs and small, they do it all with a high sense of urgency . Quality work!

Technician (Lee) was 1.5 hours late, replaced burned wires on outside unit. When we asked him why they were burned and if anything else needed to be checked he said he didn’t know. We called the office and received no help from JD who was also extremely rude. They advertise that if they are late they don’t charge but didn’t stand behind their promise. Tried to say it was because their shop was so far away from our house.....its 33 miles.

Do not use this company! Will not take my business there again!

I have used WesTech Plumbing since it was recommended by a local realtor. I trust them completely.
My last was a clogged drain. After the repair it flowed cleanly for a day and then clogged again. They came out and did a very thorough cleansing of the line at no charge.

I have been using Gibson’s for 8 years now. I have become irritated with them now since they can’t seem to make me a definite service call date. They call and tell me they have to bump me. And today’s appointment was a no show for 8AM.

They are very good at what they do check them out.

I highly recommend using A-1! My home warranty scheduled A-1 to unclog my kitchen drains. Logan was my service person, and he was very communicative on his arrival time; he listened to me explain the problem; and he went the distance to find the solution. Logan had a great attitude and manners while being on my property!. A-1 will definitely be my first call for any future repairs.
