We called after midnight on Friday night. The person answering the phone took down the details and said a tech would be out in the morning. At about 6:45am I received a call verifying that we still wanted service. I told them that we did. The tech arrived at about 7:25am. Steven knows his stuff - down to what year the outside air conditioning unit was installed. He diagnosed the problem, changed out the part, added a little coolant, did the paperwork and was done by 7:45am. It wasn’t what I would call “cheap” - but I do think I paid a fair price for service that quick and competent. It’s now 8:15am and my house is back to its normal temperature.

2 hours late. No call . Will never call again Poor service.

These people are wonderful and took care of us in this heat be installing a new condenser in under 24 hours from when it went out.

Our hvac unit died on us and these folks sent a tech out to us pronto. Colten Hurley showed up and allowed me to explain what our problem was and then he went to work diagnosing our problem. He was thorough and very professional. We will definitely use them again if we need them.

The guys are always polite above all. After inspecting it, they gave me the estimate and, if accepted, offered to begin immediately. Someone else delivered the water heater so the guys at my house could continue draining and removing the old one. They also always clean up after the work, even to the point of wiping the floor down with a cloth. Just a good experience all the way around.

Dominick arrived out and was professional, knowledgeable about what I had, and explained to me all my issues with potential solutions. Had no dilemma going over it all in detail and choosing the route to deal with it. I had some real problems and I believe in paying good money for it to be handled in the best way, and it was.

Air conditioning went out. Don answered my call and came and fixed the problem very quickly. Bad fan motor was replaced (he had one on his truck!) quickly and we had cool air in no time. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would use them any time for heating and air and plumbing. They replaced my water heater 2 years ago - did an excellent job then, too.
