Tyler and Jorge were very nice, very professional and did a quick job on installing our new toilet! Our house is not yet move-in ready and they were very sweet and understanding and even gave tips on how to winterize before the cold front hits this weekend. You can always count on them to be honest with their work and always do what is best for you. If you are looking for a plumber in the area, you definitely have to give them a call! M. R. Plumber is a very responsive and high quality plumbing company. My husband called them yesterday to schedule an appointment to inspect a plumbing project in our master bathroom, and they scheduled an appointment for the next day, and was able to perform our plumbing pipe repair requested during the appointment. Raul and his assistant not only accessed things quickly and went right to work but left the area very tidy and gave us a very fair price for the supplies and labor. I will definitely use Mario and Raul again in the future.

We had to have a new sewage pipe and clean out installed in our backyard. Not only was this a large product but it was done on time and on budget. Most importantly, he did the job right the first time and treated our property as if it was his own. He is the only plumber I would use again or recommend.

Had a busted water line 3 months ago. Called and spoke with a guy named John. He was extremely disrespectful and arrogant, like he was better than me. The men who showed up were nice so I didnt question their intelligence. The bill was disgustingly expensive, but at least I could end business with this company... or so I thought...

Now I have a foundation issue and the same water leak but worse. Called another plumbing company and got it fixed right. Except now we have to hire framers, carpenters and a hand full of other contractors. With all this money were haven't to spend because of DR Plumber.. I think will be pursing for legal action.
