Business is locally owned and able to refer other locally owned businesses, for other property issues. Definitely my first call when anything goes wrong.

I used turner & witt plumbing and they were outstanding. Very responsive when I called and made an appointment, we’re able to get to my leak in a timely manner and charged me a fair amount for the work. Staff was friendly from when I called all the way to the tech that completed the job. Will highly recommend them to all family and friends.

They go beyond to get you fixed up! Even being a Labor Day weekend, they worked till the job was done. And didn’t over charge they treat there customers with respect and the crew was great & polite and very efficient! Had A1 plumbing come to my home in such a rush making me feel I was a bother to them even though Home shield contacted them. They were to booked and busy is what the guy said. I felt like I was an inconvenience to them. I will forever here on out only use Phil Kerr plumbing company and refer them to EVERYONE! Thanks again for going beyond. Phillip came by to clear a clog and to run a camera through my drain to check for issues. He did a great job of explaining what he found and recommendations for what should/could be done but was not pushy at all. Never tried to sell me which I appreciate. Had a clog on a Sunday afternoon and Lowery was the only plumbing company that we called to return our call.

AJ came out in a pinch and got us a quote to replace the heating and air in the house. HE was so friendly and knowledgeable. His team came out the next week and got everything installed so fast and efficiently. The system has been amazing and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC people!!!

Our experience with Randy was fantastic! He was on time and prepared. He explained everything he was doing and offered suggestions on preventing future issues. I highly recommend Randy and will be using him in the future, both in my personal home and recommending him to clients. He's knowledgeable and would be worth it at twice the price!

I have been a week without hot water. They work a little bit more and then leave. I still have a water leak. My water and electric bill will be as much as he's charging. I would not recommend them for anything. I refuse to pay what he's charging.

They came to my house for repairs under Choice Home Warranty for a claim that I made to repair hose bibs. They came out took pictures and said we will submit this to your warranty company and if they reject the claim we will call you with a quote if I wanted to pay for it. They asked for the $65 copay. I gave it to them. They cashed the check as fast as possible. they never called me with the quote. it was clear when they said if they reject … they meant when they reject the claim. They clearly knew Choice did not cover hose bibs. Yes it is true that they only answered a call but they knew what it was and that it would not be covered. It would have been nice if when they called in the morning to say they were coming if they had just told me that they knew it would probably be rejected do you still want us to come.
