We had plubmer Isaiah Mitchell come in as soon as we told him about us having trouble with our plumbing. He did an amazing job, and even on the circumstances of being outside in very hot weather. Isaiah fixed our problem really quick, I would recommend him!

Had a very good experience with Joe Rushing Plumbing. The lady that took my call was nice and informed. They came out to out house which is outside the city of Lubbock and took care of our drain problem within hours of when I called. Jeff took care of our problem, I really appreciated his manner and effort. Another company was going to charge us a lot more than what our final cost was, which was very reasonable (158.50). Very prompt and fast service.

We called for someone to look at our A/C on a Wednesday and was told the soonest time would be Friday morning at 930am. At 1045am 2 plumbers showed up that weren't able to diagnose anything thinking we had a plumbing problem. They made a phone call and said someone was on their way. 3 hours later no one had shown up, we called back around 145 and the lady said she was sending someone which NEVER happened! Don't bother with this company.

Paid $49.50 for a service call to not repair or unclog our tub. Had to wait 3 more days for a courtesy camera that normally would cost $225 and was told would probably have to pay$225 for a jeting!!! So I called Phil Kerr and they came out same day and and fixed the issue in less than an hour for $105.THANKS PHIL KERR!!
