We had our AC leaking water into our home and within 25 minutes they had someone out there to fix the problem. This all happened after midnight which didn't stop them from getting to us immediately. Great company and people. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Christina and Jay Young were very responsive and caring about my slab leak situation. They were very conscientious regarding costs and we're seeking always the best work but at least cost. They helped me a lot and answered the phone, which is hard to find these days.

Called multiple services and these guys were the ones to get to me the quickest. Which was awesome. They managed to get the job done within the same week of calling and not 2-3 weeks later which was great considering the job. But 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!!

Initially, I bought a Groupon for my mom's heater and air conditioning to be tuned up. When the guy gets to my mom's, he informed me that her heater was not working, so he couldn't tune it. So, I ask him how much it would be to fix it and he says that it was about 300. I told him to go ahead and fix it, and he said he did. About a month later the heater isn't working, so I call to have them go check it. I was told it was back up and running and that the unit needed to be cleaned. So, I paid about $183 to get him to clean out the unit. I asked him if I needed to get the air conditioner checked and he said he checked it and It was running fine. Two weeks later, I go to my mother's house and it is hot...i turn on the air conditioner and all I hear is homing and there is no air. Call Gibson again, and was told that they did the work they had said they did and that they have pictures to prove it...i asked to see these pictures and he proceeded to tell me that he already deleted them. Now, he's telling me it will be about another 300 to fix...so, I'm calling someone else and just going to place this review here so that others can avoid them before spending so much for nothing.

Great company. Fast and helped me with my problem. Cosidering I'm a first time home owner I was really worried about calling someone I didn't know but they were great.

I was told I would get my ducts checked on my AC on Monday morning and the service men did not show at all or even call to inform me of running late. I waited at home to meet them all morning and it was a waste of time for me. I will call another company to see if I can get it done. Just a call would have been just fine.
