Best Water Leaking in Louisville KY

Parker installed a new water heater in my rental property during renovation, it lasted 18 months and stopped working. I called to have him look at it, hoping it might be under warranty. He contacted me and said it needed a new thermo coupler and gas valve, $450 cost to me, no warranty coverage. I thought that was worth a second opinion, so i contacted a different plumber. He called from the rental and i told him what parker said. He informed me that he should have replaced the thermo coupler first at the cost of $50 parts and labor to determine if the gas valve was bad before quoting it all. At any rate, he couldnt tell what the problem was because Mr parker had taken the valve, coupler, and burner assembly with him when he left. New plumber said there was no reason for him to take any parts with him, but maybe it was an accident and we just needed to get it back for diagnostics. After several threatening phone calls, my renter finally found their office (all the listed addresses are wrong) and retrieved the parts. New plumber said the good news is the gas valve is under warranty! Bad news is Mr parker broke your gas burner so you still have to spend $250 with labor. So, 1, tried to charge me $450 for a warranty repair, 2, stole my water heater parts, (thats larceny people) 3, broke the stolen part before returning it just for spite. All in all not only a crappy plumber but apparently a bad person as well.

I work for an apartment community off of National Turnpike and we have used Davis & Davis since November of last year. They are very quick, whether during normal business hours or on call, have fair pricing, and do excellent work. The have completed two major plumbing repairs for us and after tearing up the floor, removing the toilet, and even water heater, you could not even tell they were in there; their work is that neat and concise. The plumbers are all very friendly and efficient and Patty is always pleasant as well. No complaints thus far and looking to continue a good partnership with them.

They were great! Super quick and responsive when my shut off valve was leaking. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely gonna call them again for any plumbing issues.

Mr Bryant was wonderful! He came when he said he would. Found the problem very quickly and fixed it even quicker. So glad I called Bryant and Sons Plumbling. I will definetly keep their number handy.

Woke up this morning to no hot water!
Called B&D on a Saturday morning, and got a recorded message, wondering if I faced two days of no hot water!

I called another well-known plumbing company and scheduled and estimate visit. Meanwhile, I received a return call from a B&D technician in less than fifteen minutes! The technician was at the house, preparing the removal of the old leaking unit less the 30 minutes later. He and a helper came back with a new 50 gal, gas Lochinvar, and had it installed and working in about 3 hrs from my initial call!

To be honest, we have used Blackburn & Davis for many years for plumbing & HVAC, as had my mother-in-law. I shouldn't have worried when I got the standard office recording, as the owner checks the machine every morning, I was told.

I would recommend Blackburn & Davis for any plumbing or HVAC needs!

Just lazy !

Vendor was contacted through my insurance policy company. Upon arrival, they would not put their mask over their nose despite rising COVID cases in the area. My suggestion is to look into other types of masks where they feel they can breath while still protecting others. Did not complete service as I would not let them into my house without proper mask wearing.

Shane was great, provided a repair rather than replacement, very reasonably. We are advising neighbors to consider Shane for all their plumbing needs.

Scheduler was very courteous and responsive when we called in the water leak problemAaron the plumber called us within 20 minutes to setup a time for the house visit, and he arrived when he said he wouldAaron was very courteous and diagnosed and resolved the problem with parts on the truck. He was very careful to keep the house clean by covering boots, and cleaned up the repair site very wellProblem resolved. I was very satisfied with the work and will call ASI for any plumbing repairs in the future

Wonderful experience, Mike came out and worked so hard to get the job done. I called on Monday and Tuesday morning they had someone here fixing our issues. Mike explained everything thoroughly, he was very patient and answered all the questions I had. And after the work was complete he explained everything In detail which was so helpful. I highly recommend them, we will only use them for all of our future needs. And I will recommend them to all of my clients!

Hunter was awesome! Super professional same day service for a completely clogged kitchen sink. Even on a horrible weather day full of school closing thunderstorms, he was prompt, efficient, in and out in no time for a reasonable price.
