Had a difficult water heater replacement job where it was located behind some water and a/c lines. They offered me a good price for the install despite the added work and difficulty. However they did a poor job reconnecting the lines and left a large leak in the liquid line on the coil and all of it leaked out. Cost me a lot to repair the damage they did. Would not recommend for more difficult jobs.

DONT BE LEARY! REVIEWS ARE LEGIT! Score one for the smaller/locally owned company! Mr. Bryant knows his stuff. After we tried to fix the drain ourselves we called him. We described our problem and our failed solution and he gave an estimate. He arrived quickly and fixed the problem and didn't go over budget.

I was disappointed with their customer service. Our hot water heater went out and I was going to purchase a newone if it couldn't be repaired. Both times I called they said their computers were down and couldn't order the part. Next time I spoke with them,, she suggested that I find and go pick up the part. Called back again to let them know that we just wanted to go ahead and just replace it. (It had been 3 days now) They said she went to to lunch & she promised shewould call me at 1pm AS SOON as she returned. Never heard back from her.

One of the technicians used my restroom, left his deodorant on my sink, used my towel and clogged my sink with grey sludge. He never asked to use my bathroom. I have no idea what else he might have used in there. Totally unprofessional and creepy.
