Best Water Damage in Louisville KY

15 total . This is a response to over 4,200 jobs this company did last year. Not bad for a 15-18 employee company. No company is perfect. Never will be. 104 years in business says something. Company had worked on 3-5 million dollar remodels around Louisville in recent years. Breweries, boilers, etc. Some guys with the company have 30-45 years exp. NO ONE WORKS ON COMMISION. Generally consider the source!!

I can finally sleep at night. Had a disconnected basement toilet that took in ground water whenever the ground water table rose. Required constant monitoring and vacing out whenever heavy rains occurred. I called Rotor Rooter in the morning and Paul was at my house within a few hours. Paul was absolutely the greatest. He took care of our long standing water problem quickly, professionally, and for a fair price. We will definitely be calling Rotor Rooter / Paul for all our future plumbing needs. This is the best plumbing company in Louisville, hands down! My experience from start to finish was nothing short of wonderful! From talking to customer service, to talking to Sean, to Kevin coming to my house! Sean called and immediately started walking me through how to turn off the hot water heater. He was upfront and honest with me from the start about pricing and when he could get someone to my house. He told me no one could comeout until the next day, I had no problem waiting. After he took time to help me over the phone and was so upfront and honest, I knew this was a good company. So, I told him no, I will wait until the next day. Definitely made the right choice to wait! Kevin is amazing! He came in, looked at a few things and went immediately into the crawlspace to see where the leak was out. Came back in the house explained the problem and told me what needed to be done. Pouring down rain, lightning, thunder and hail, he went back under the house and had it fixed in 10 minutes. I cant thank you guys enough for making what I thought was going to be a big mess into something that seems so simple now after working with you guys! I will definitely be recommending this company to everyone and will definitely be using them from here on out if needed!!!!!

I live in a condominium with a Marley water AC system. The whole building cools from the chilled water of a huge Marley tower. Although several companies would work on Marley systems, ONLY Louisville Mechanical, to the best of my knowledge, will come into a residential Unit and fix a system like this. L.M. will charge a premium price, but it's worth it to have AC/heat. This building must be a thorn in Louisville Mechanical's side, but they don't leave us to the elements. They're like expensive Saints.

Shane has fixed a couple problems we've had. He's great to work with, very responsive to texts and calls, and can get the job done quickly. Very competitive and reasonably priced.

Summers is an excellent company with very professional technicians. We've had several issues fixed by them and have a service with them for our HVAC system and plumbing that has served to be very, good value for us. Highly recommend Summers for your plumbing and HVAC needs.

Mike did an excellent job. He was very nice and courteous. He changed out my shower valve. Didn't take him long at all. I would definitely recommend him.
