One of the technicians used my restroom, left his deodorant on my sink, used my towel and clogged my sink with grey sludge. He never asked to use my bathroom. I have no idea what else he might have used in there. Totally unprofessional and creepy.

Jamie Whittaker came out to do what we thought would be a simple repair, we were wrong. Jamie kept updating us on what turned out to be extensive pipe corrosion that spanned the entire room. He was always prompt with appointments throughout the process and his level of service was top notch. To clean up the concrete and relay the concrete he brought a team, Stanley who has been here before who also provided excellent service along with two other great working friendly co-workers to help expedite the process. Jamie provided all of the pictures from start to finish and was very fair with price. I definitely recommend the services of Roto Rooter!

Shane came out the morning after I called and was extremely polite and knowledgeable. The work preformed included the replacement of an old toilet flange, replacement of existing lead drainage pipe with PVC as well as replacing the main shut off valve to the house.
