Only guy in town to even act like they cared about the situation I had. Came out same day fixed my issue and I couldn’t be more than pleased.

If I could give Blackburn & Davis a 0 star rating I would... let me start off by saying, that I'd never been straight-up *kicked out* of an office until today. The condo association of my building unfortunately depends on Blackburn, and I had recently called them about our drip pan in our a/c unit overflowing - supposedly, the problem was coming from the lines to our building's chiller, which Blackburn denied. They looked under a couple'a ceiling tiles, took a few pictures, and left without actually doing or even touching anything.

A day ago, I received a xerox copy of the bill from the condo association, marked that the bill was 'Past Due' (this was the only communication from them I had even received), and the bill total came out to $114 - $94 being a Labor charge... for labor that was actually not even done.

Needless to say, I was livid over a bogus charge for a guy to come in and take pictures and leave, so I attempted TODAY to go to Blackburn & Davis' office on Frankfort Ave to negotiate the matter. The older gentleman there, wouldn't even hear me out - nor even let me speak - as he kept interrupting me, then abruptly, he opened the office door leading out onto the street, and told me to get my a** out of his office; he also said, Don't you EVER call us again!, then called me a son of a b**ch as a I walked out.

Such an unprofessional attitude, an unwillingness to hear customers out, and a VERY shady practice... DON'T deal with Blackburn & Davis ever! They'll scam you by cutting corners (or,, by not actually even doing any work), then they'll charge outlandish fees for their sucky service. Good Riddance, B&D.

My home warranty program uses this company. Wed Dec 19. Arrival was timely, I had raw sewage standing in my basement. Jimmy explained that I would have a quote Thur morning. I called Thur afternoon and was told the office was waiting on Jimmy. I knew that was not true as I had spoken with Christy on Wed afternoon while Jimmy was at my house. Well, Dec 31, I still have raw sewage standing and Do Not have a quote from them. They took my money and have done nothing else. I've contacted another plumbing company to get my situation resolved.

I've remodeled many homes and worked with a host of plumbers, some good and some not-so. Since then, CLMS Plumbing has taken care of two bath and one kitchen remodel. Service tech was very polite and professional.  The tech lied down a mat to place the removed toilet.  The tech determined the problem and took quick action to repair the flange and installed new flange bolts.  Reinstalled the toilet, tested it several times, inspected it in the basement for leaks and cleaned up everything. Very happy with the service and results.

Like many I seach Google when seeking professional  services.  The reviews for Jerry A. Byrant and Sons were spot on.  I thought my water heater was leaking .  It turns out it was the condensation pump for the furnace .  I moved in 3 months ago and had no clue what that thing was...lol.  He took time to explain the function of the pump and figured how to fix the problem.   In case there were other issues with the pump he recommended someone that handle furnaces (AC units).  Mr. Byrant was so sweet and helpful.   I will most definitely call on him again for all my plumbing needs.

I have had Pacific Plumbing has made at least 3 emergency calls to my house over the past two years. Each time they have provide awesome service and are super easy to deal with. They have stayed true to the budget and cost they anticipated. Each time Jack has taken the time to make sure things got done correctly and efficiently. They helped resolve my complication by checking all the boxes on the electrical side of my A/C and determined that an HVAC fix specialist needed to come out. They got that scheduled same day for me so I didn't have to. Keep up the great work guys!

Austin was a straight shooter. He gave me clear expectations and explained everything he was doing.. as an experienced welder and craftsman i know what it’s like to screw up a weld and fix it… Austin wasn’t satisfied with one of his joints so he cut it out and started from scratch even though it meant staying longer on a Friday. A&S just did me right. On less than 48 hours notice they were doing a full day job jackhammering a concrete slab and replacing old lines that were leaking. I dealt with three people in all and every one of them wanted to be sure I was satisfied with the job, even down to the cleanup. They called even on the weekend to be sure all was working both the night of the job and the day after. Their pricing was extremely reasonable and their service was on point. I didn't know them three days ago, but I'll be recommending them to friends.
