And then on Sunday yet another gas leak from the second part (control valve) he had replaced and again, didn’t install properly (no tape again and didn’t even try to putty this one) I’m 8 months pregnant and my room is just feet away from the water heater that leaked for 3 days. Not only did we have to evacuate our home until the gas crew could evaluate but I now have the concern for the next 6 weeks of any damage caused to my unborn child. This plumber was very friendly and quick to diagnose and repair. If only he had done it properly and not been lazy, this would have been a very different review.

UPDATE: clearly this guy can not read. When did I say LGE was out here again? I didn’t. I said there was another leak. My husband stopped this one himself. I’ll upload the picture if you need it. I have no reason to make this up. But clearly you can see for yourself from this response the lack of respect they have for ANYONE. I did not take the time out of my life to makeup any of this. I reported exactly what was happened and EXACTLY what the gas crew told us and showed my husband. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The reviews here and on BBB speak for themselves!

The plumbers that came out were great but the office staff are totally unprofessional and rude. They are the ones hurting the business. Won’t be calling them again and the office staff can take the credit for it.

I was disappointed with their customer service. Our hot water heater went out and I was going to purchase a newone if it couldn't be repaired. Both times I called they said their computers were down and couldn't order the part. Next time I spoke with them,, she suggested that I find and go pick up the part. Called back again to let them know that we just wanted to go ahead and just replace it. (It had been 3 days now) They said she went to to lunch & she promised shewould call me at 1pm AS SOON as she returned. Never heard back from her.

I wish I could give Mike, Brad and Chris ten stars! We discovered water leaking down concrete stairs to our basement. Called Mike, who diagnosed it as a hole in our line to the sewer. Gave us a solution and price the same day....scheduled the fix for the next. It was a big deal. Our pipes were clay..probably installed in the late 1950s. It would have been easy to say we had to break up concrete and dig up our backyard. Mike found an elegant solution that bypassed the old pipes and rerouted our plumbing another way.Brad and Chris came the next day to do the work and even improved the solution. Worked hard to complete the repair in one day, so we could stay in the house. Cleaned everything. Helped us with our insurance claim. Were respectful of us, our property and our elderly dog.We HIGHLY recommend them!

Butch came out and fixed a leaky pipe and our main in our crawl space. Great work, super fast and totally affordable! Other companies wanted over 2x as much as he charged us!! We will definitely use these guys again!
