These guys are great! Our furnace quit last night and we left a voicemail for them. They returned my call first thing this morning and was at our house in less than an hour. Logan was super professional. He made clear everything he was doing very clear and put me completely at ease. It was an easy fix, thank God and we had heat back in about an hour. I was disappointed with their customer service. Our hot water heater went out and I was going to purchase a newone if it couldn't be repaired. Both times I called they said their computers were down and couldn't order the part. Next time I spoke with them,, she suggested that I find and go pick up the part. Called back again to let them know that we just wanted to go ahead and just replace it. (It had been 3 days now) They said she went to to lunch & she promised shewould call me at 1pm AS SOON as she returned. Never heard back from her.

Sherman was absolutely phenomenal. He was on time, very thorough, took his time explaining everything to me in a professional way, and was excellent with his recommendations. He also sent us a very detailed outline with pictures and explanations to back his assessment and recommendations.
