I would give this company 0 stars. Tim was very unprofessional and argued with us when we told him he needed to come back and leave us the written estimate. Refused to give us one, will NOT be doing business with them ever.

My air-conditioner stop pumping air at midnight on Monday. I called vessels at 8 AM Tuesday and I had a quick response time. He quoted me a price of $300 to replace the fan motor and the contactor. It took him all day to go get the parts and come back. Once he was done making the repairs I asked to keep the motor and contact her so that I can have someone I know check to make sure that's what was wrong.
36 hours later it was 84° inside my house. When I called and asked them to come back and check it they said it would cost me an extra service fee because what he had replaced had nothing to do with how cool it was inside of my house. Also that if it wasn't working now it needed to be replaced completely. I ended up having to put on my own heard starter and and the air conditioner worked. I was then I was able to get my uncle who works for another air-conditioning company out of town to come in and check and see if everything was running fine and it turns out that the motor and contact her that he took off work perfectly fine and the only thing that needed to be replaced was a capacitor that cost $30.
This company was trying to rip me off and they did a $300 when I can I just put a $30 part on the hard-sell for the new equipment without Regis especially considering the fact that they quoted me a price of $90 a pound for our 22 and it turns out you can get it for $10 a pound in other places. I have the working motor and contactor and if I could I would swap them back out and return them and get my money back but I know that's not going to happen .

Mike and his crew did a fantastic job getting all the old HVAC equipment out and installing all the new stuff. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.I am happy I went with Drexler. We started with trying to just fix my old furnace, which quickly became apparent that I could throw thousands at it and it still might not work. So then the option of a whole new furnace came into the equation. I was given several options and walked through what to consider based on my current needs and what I might need over the next 10+ years. Once a decision was made, financing and installation were a breeze. This has been a great experience and I highly recommend these guys.*1 year update*Edward came out and did my annual inspection on my furnace. He did a thorough job explaining to me all the things he checked and updated me on the health of my furnace. I appreciate the time any energy this company has put into standing behind the work they do. Highly recommended.*2 year update*Kade came out and made sure everything was working as it should. Glad to have the peace of mind with these guys coming out each year to make sure and keep everything running perfectly.

Butch came out and fixed a leaky pipe and our main in our crawl space. Great work, super fast and totally affordable! Other companies wanted over 2x as much as he charged us!! We will definitely use these guys again!

I highly recommend Venhoff Plumbing. I have used them for my home and business. They are skilled, responsive, and very fairly priced. They installed new washer dryer hookups for me. Later, they installed a new toilet & faucets. And most recently, in the big December freeze when a water line froze & blew out, even though I was low on the list, they took time to swing by to turn off the main water so the crawl space could start to dry out. I expected to be camping for several days with no running water and bought 2 dozen jugs of water to get me through. The very next morning, Venhoff called me and said I was their first appointment for a crew to come and assess the situation. I expected,an assessment and a plan to come back for the fix. But these guys checked it all out, fixed it and, within 90 minutes, my water is already back on!!! These guys Rock!!!
Now what am I going to do with all these jugs of water!!?!! 🤣

Steve was amazing!! It was freezing in my house and he came in and worked quickly to figure out the problem! Thank goodness it was a simple fix but he also helped me with figuring out what filters I will need and how to keep maintenance up on my furnace and air conditioner. We had a sump pump brake when it was raining badly. They can out quickly and replaced it for a reasonable price. It was close to getting in the building. Love this company,
