We noticed the gas leak on Saturday 1/13/2018 and did not know where it was coming from, so we called LG&E to send someone out. Tell me... Why would we call YOU guys if we didn't know where the leak was coming from.?!?! We had trust that the work was done correctly in the first place! Anyway, when an emergency crew came out they noticed the gas line to the control valve was leaking. They tried tightening it to see if it was loose and when they tested again it was still leaking. The LG&E representative said, It could be a simple fix of just taping it (Plumbers tape). I'll tape it and if it works you're good to go but, if not then I will have to shut off your gas and they will have to come out and fix it. He did that because my wife is 7 months pregnant and we have 2 children in the house. He did not want us to be without gas (Heat). When he took off the gas line he said... Hmm he didn't putty it or anything.... THERE'S YOUR PROBLEM! He taped it and it was no longer leaking! The following day (Sunday 1/14/2018) after my wife took a shower, I noticed the smell of gas again. Knowing what caused the leak before I took some soapy water and sprayed the lines.. Yet AGAIN another gas line from the control valve to the inside of the water heater was leaking! The reason why the LG&E guy did not notice it is because the gas will not run through that line until the water heater is on. Obviously he worked on it with the gas off. So after my wife took a shower it heated up and gas was flowing through it. Hence why I smelled it again after her shower. My wife called our Home owner insurance company the next day (Monday 1/15/2018) which then the owner of Parker Plumbing called her and basically called her a lair and said it shouldn't need tape and it just going to fail again. His guys did everything right. So the fact that you said you tried calling multiple time and she didn't answer is just yet another lie from you. You do realize this day and age we have call logs right?

UPDATE: Despite the fact of again saying we are not in touch.... I spoke with the owner and he sent out the original guy that came and installed the control valve. He looked everything over and said if there is no leak then everything should be okay. He also saw there are two different color tapes (Blue LG&E used) and white (what I used on the second part). He was VERY apologetic and VERY polite. He didn't say we were lying or that we were in the wrong. The ONLY reason I am changing my rating is because of him. I believe his name was Hank. My advice to Mr. Parker is, if you are truly worried about your company and employees, then you should treat your customers with respect when there is a gas leak in their house and they have 2 children and a baby on the way. Also, do not threaten me with LG&E. I work closely with them and also did not bash them at all. I'm actually quite happy with them for doing what they did when they really didn't need too. Thank you Hank for coming out and being understanding.

worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Our toilet was making a strange sound so we called Davis and Davis to come look at it. The service person was nice and helpful. It was until I had received my next water bill that we had a leak caused by the service tech. When I called to ask someone to come out and fix the problem they created, I was told I would have to pay another $150. Even though I had proof that our water bill doubled after the plumber left, there was no way for me to know there was a leak before he left. Call me crazy but I don't go around putting food coloring in my toilet all the time. The service tech said it was fixed so I mistakenly believed him. I will never use them again and I will never advise anyone to use this company.

I prefer to support locally and family owned businesses. Terry Plumbing did not disappoint. They are fairly priced, did quality work and when I had a problem with my job they promptly corrected it at no charge. They stand by their work. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Vessels Plumbing exceeded our plumbing experience from beginning to end! Had a major plumbing issue that required replacement of our original cast iron pipe with that of PVC. Justin and Chris were beyond outstanding (along with the office staff that coordinated the install process)!

Cannot even get them to come out to quote me on a job. They say they are going to call to schedule, but they don't. I pushed and they said that they needed to get some more info from the guy who finally did stop by and glance at the issue. What their website states about their dedication to customer service is a sham. Just call Crestwood Plumbing.

Butch came out and fixed a leaky pipe and our main in our crawl space. Great work, super fast and totally affordable! Other companies wanted over 2x as much as he charged us!! We will definitely use these guys again!

I understand that sometimes mistakes are made but what matters is how the company fixes them and Plumb Right is refusing to fix their mistake. We have gone with this company for 3 years, they are a small company and we wanted to support them but that has come to an end.
