Cussed my wife out and threw trash all over our yard. Plumbing still an issue. Don't waste your money when there are reputable companies in town. Just sent a guy to pick up the trash, so I added another star to the review for an attempt at resolving the situation.

Kentuckiana Plumbing gave me a great price on a gas line installation I needed. Everyone else was overpriced and anyone under his price didn't seem competent to me. He showed up when he said, was here about as long as he said and got the job done perfectly and most importantly, safely. I will use Kentuckiana plumbing in the future when I need a plumber.

Update Feb 10th 2020-We ran into a few set backs and challenges during the installation however they sent Jacob Kennedy to fix and complete the installation. He was absolutely fabulous. Very knowledgeable and professional. Jacob was amazing and I couldn’t be more happier with my garage doors. Thank you Jacob “You Rock!”.Fabulous company! Our Service Expert was Dwayne Hatfield. He arrived promptly even called to let us know he was on his way. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He explained everything we needed in detail to complete our project. We were very happy with the service he provided and estimate we were given. He was very patient and kind and because of our experience with Dwayne we went ahead and signed with this company without getting additional estimates from competitors.

Charged $100 for 1st hour $80 after that. Ran a snake through a drain pipe and it seemed unclogged. That took them 40 minutes and they just charged me the $100 which seemed fair, but they had accidentally knocked a pipe loose which made water drain under the house for days until I noticed the smell. NOT HAPPY.

I called another well-known plumbing company and scheduled and estimate visit. Meanwhile, I received a return call from a B&D technician in less than fifteen minutes! The technician was at the house, preparing the removal of the old leaking unit less the 30 minutes later. He and a helper came back with a new 50 gal, gas Lochinvar, and had it installed and working in about 3 hrs from my initial call!

To be honest, we have used Blackburn & Davis for many years for plumbing & HVAC, as had my mother-in-law. I shouldn't have worried when I got the standard office recording, as the owner checks the machine every morning, I was told.
