Started calling on tuesday to repair or replace our hot water heater. Now it is Friday afternoon and they have not ordered the part yet? I called the parts company to find out no part had been ordered. I called the rude girl at the office to see why the part hadn't been ordered and she referred me to the owner of the company which I have no phone number for. If I would of not gone through plumb wrong, I could of had this fixed myself 2 days ago. Now it may be 7 days before we get hot water. Don't use the home warranty company or plumb wrong. Hire someone else and pay for it yourself.
