The most recent experience I had was yesterday. I called in a panic indicating I had a water leak somewhere in the house and it was coming down into my basement. They were reassuring and fit me into their busy schedule. Once they came, they stayed until they could isolate the leak in the walls and fix it. They were prompt, courteous and friendly. They used troubleshooting to minimizing cutting drywall to find the leak and used dropcloth to minimize the dust from cutting the drywall. They cleaned up their mess such that you couldn't tell on the carpet that they had been there. They fixed the leak with a better pipe than we had to ensure we would not have problems in the future. They explained their warranty if we had any problems. They provided input to our questions on how to best handle the wet drywall and carpet, and were incredibly cost effective on price. We are renovating a house and decided to use Absolute services for plumbing, HVAC and garage services. We have had outstanding service from all the techs and specifically want to acknowledge, Dwayne H a garage door technician, Clark an HVAC technician and Paul G a plumber for their outstanding work. We had a broken garage door spring and Dwyane came out and had it fixed in about an hour. He did a great job on the fix and was very informative. Clark worked with us extensively on an HVAC plan after we removed a wall. He was courteous and helpful in planning and admitting when he didn't know an answer and needed to ask someone else. He spent lots of time rerouting some very tricky HVAC and did a tremendous job executing the work. Paul G performed some very difficult plumbing work for us, always had a smile, and went above and beyond what we asked for. He was very helpful even with an issue that he didn't have to lend a hand with. His work looked wonderful and we were happy to have him helping us solve some very difficult plumbing issues. We couldn't be happier with our experiences dealing with Absolute Services, even the folks who answer the phones are nice and helpful, thanks so much!

Kentuckiana Plumbing gave me a great price on a gas line installation I needed. Everyone else was overpriced and anyone under his price didn't seem competent to me. He showed up when he said, was here about as long as he said and got the job done perfectly and most importantly, safely. I will use Kentuckiana plumbing in the future when I need a plumber.

February of 2021 my water heater was replaced they did amazing. August of 2022 I found a leak at one of the sodering points called them because it was there work that needed repaired I left a key so they could get in and next thing I know I got a bill for repairs I never authorized. I never received a call to authorize the repairs. They fixed the leak that caused rust on top of the waterheater but also placed my expansion tank that wasn't leaking. The lady in charge apologized I didn't receive a call but still charged me a fuel fee and a service charge when I questioned it she put me on hold and never picked back up and I would still be on hold .

Very reckless and careless. Will cost you hundreds! Do not recommend. Poor quality and results.
